  We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at Unit 5B in Quiet Waters. Unit was very clean, beds comfortable. Had everything we could possibly need. View of waterway from balcony fantastic. So wonderful soaking up the sun every morning and seeing dolphins swimming along and lots of different boats passing by. The pool and hot tub and area we used everyday. So lovely too.
  Private walkway to beach just across the road for a great day at the beach.
  We recommend Florida Lifestyle Vacation Inc. and Quiet Waters. Also the Suncoast Trolley bus is fantastic for trips to restaurants along Gulf Blvd goes all the way from Clearwater to St. Petersburg and you can travel all day for $5. Excellent.

  We have been vacationing in Indian Shores for 7 years and love it more every time we visit. Quiet Waters is a smaller quiet family friendly condo on the inter coastal side but you are just steps to the beach. We have stayed in multiple units within Quiet Waters but like 5B for the view, furnishings and location on the 5th floor. There are lots of great restaurants, shopping, ice cream and mini golf within a mile or two of the condo complex. FL Lifestyle Vacation Rentals staff are super friendly and very easy to work with and genuinely care about their clients. Would highly recommend both Quiet Waters and FL Lifestyle Vacation Rentals!

  I rented this property for a week in Feb. 2024. The unit had a nice balcony with a beautiful view overlooking the intercostal waterway, which I enjoyed just as much as the ocean views I've had in units on the beach. In addition, the hallway outside the unit's door is open with a nice lounge area and a view looking over Gulf Blvd. and the ocean beyond. There is access to the beach for owners and renters of this building.
  The property is well maintained, and the heated pool and hot tub are very nice. The board walk out to the waters edge is very nice also, with a nice lounge area half way along, as well as at the end.
  The unit itself was very clean, with a nice layout, including a very spacious master suite with separate access to the balcony and a window. Very nice.
  My only negative comments relate to some of the furniture. Overall, the furniture is very nice, clean, and modern. The living room sofa and love seat though should really be replaced. They look worn, and the leading edge of the cushions along with the leading edge of the armrests are badly soiled. Two of the four balcony chairs are fine, but the other two have a lot of broken plastic woven bands, rendering them unusable as I recall. I was there alone, so it didn't matter to me, but if you had more than two occupants, it might be and issue.
  Overall though, this is a beautiful, clean unit, and I enjoyed my stay in it thoroughly. With a little attention to the couple of furniture issues, it would be a real winner.
  My dealings with Florida Lifestyle were very favourable. The staff were professional and their administrative processes are finely honed.

  The condo itself was beautiful, great views and perfect location. You have to cross the road to get to the beach though. We unfortunately did not have the elevator for the entire week we were there. It was out of order. So going up stairs to the fifth floor condo was not fun. That on the condo and maintenance themselves. I reported the issue with the condo maintenance and with Florida lifestyle but got no follow up. I ended up just asking people who live at the condo what was the issue. This no fault on the host though.

  We absolutely loved this place! The condo is bright, cozy, and comfortable. Just like it's name, it is quiet. Best hot tub and pool and also easy access to the gulf. Our neighbors were welcoming and friendly and the nightly sunset watch on the 5'th floor was fun.

  Stayed 6 weeks. Unit offers excellent view of inter-costal. Master bedroom is large, with excellent storage, walk-in closet and huge shower. It is well equipped however 2nd bedroom bedding was undesirable, sheets and bed pad were were old and stretched out, lamp switch was broke and ceiling fan is noisy. Master bedroom lacked blanket for cool nights. Carpeting needs stretching. This small well maintained condo project offered a very friendly atmosphere and the general area is not crowded like other resort areas.

  Very displeased with the check in. In someone's wisdom keys could not be given out until 3p.m. Felt very sorry for the lady at the front desk as she took a lot of flack from renters. She was trying very hard to keep everyone happy under the circumstances. When you have been travelling since 2 a.m. it would be nice to go to the unit if it ready and rest.
