This beautiful 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo offers some of the best Intracoastal Waterway views in Indian Shores, making it the perfect choice for a relaxing Florida beach getaway. With an open layout, updated interior, and easy beach access just across the street, this vacation rental combines comfort, convenience, and coastal charm.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay and opens into the dining area with seating for 4. The spacious open floor plan is perfect for relaxing or entertaining, with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all designed to take full advantage of the spectacular water views. A wall of sliding glass doors leads to the large private balcony, where you can enjoy the peaceful Intracoastal setting, watch boats pass by, and keep an eye out for dolphins and manatees.

Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool and hot tub, along with a tiki hut-covered picnic area that is perfect for enjoying a snack in the shade.   The condo at Quiet Waters was a great place to stay! It had a wonderfully stocked kitchen except there were no hot pads. ☹️ The furniture was very comfortable and the views were great! The only other thing I would mention is maybe a coat rack by the front door; and a deep cleaning. Oh, and the sliding door needs lubricants to help it slide open easier. 😊

  As usual, we enjoyed our two weeks very much. And this year we even had exceptional weather!
  I am getting a little uncomfortable with the low, but very comfortable furniture and would appreciate some higher chairs with arms.
  We were surprised that the carpets needed to be shampooed after we arrived, but very please with the quick response when we needed our toaster replaced.

  We had an AMAZING time at Quiet Waters! We stayed a week in June 2015 and could not be happier with our choice of accommodations. The complex is very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect and centrally located. We met one of the unit owners our second day there. She was super friendly and gave us the skinny on where to eat. We highly recommend the apple fritters from the Lighthouse Bakery & coffee shop. DJ's is a great local hangout and eatery while Guppy's on the Beach delivered one of the best meals I've ever eaten. Additionally, we went up to Clearwater for a sun set cruise on the Kai Lani catamaran - Romantic & Breathtaking! We were so impressed with the condo and surrounding area, we are booking again next summer and I've already referred this gem to friends.

  Brilliant, has it all location, class, spotless and everything you could need for a home from home vacation. The condo just a short walk through its' own beach access to the glorious white sands of Indian Rocks and wonderfull warm seas, extremely well equipped and to die for king sized double bed that was hard to leave in the morning.
