  The condo was tastefully decorated, pool great, beach great! Wished the bed was a king instead of queen, thought if beach towels were supplied it would have been more welcoming. Finding water leak under bathroom vanity our last day there left us with wet towels and toilet paper the morning of of departure at 6 a.m. to catch flight from TIA airport. Dusty blinds and a/c vents , chipped concrete on patio floor put red flags in our stay with toddlers and our own dislikes of what we had expected to be better.

  We had a wonderful time. Beach location was wonderful! The condo was clean, had everything we needed, air conditioner worked great and beds were comfortable. The drain in the tub was a little clogged so the water drained a little slow. The swimming pool water temperature was a little too cold. We enjoyed the condo patio view. We appreciated the security access to the pool and beach access (with a required code).

  Perfect location! Exceeded our expectations. Property description was accurate, with spacious accommodations and open relaxing layout. Beautiful, large balcony overlooking the ocean view and beach, and the sunsets were spectacular! Property was super clean, well maintained and appointed. Chairs and umbrellas available for our use in closet. Great communication and customer care by owner and manager. Recommend you give this a try for a relaxing time at a family-oriented beach community. Loved the local boutiques, bookstores, tackle shops and restaurants. Fishing was good, too! Easy access to white sand beach, just down the elevator, then out onto the gated pool deck and then the beach. We loved it, and we hope to be back again soon!

  Our unit was clean and we had a million dollar view of the Gulf. The unit had everything we needed. The only complaint I have is that the elevator was not working most of the week. Our condo was on the 4th floor and carrying groceries and luggage via the stairs was not fun. Other than that I was happy.

  This complex is literally on the beach so you can drink your coffee on the balcony every morning while you listen to the ocean waves and people watch. The unit was clean, well furnished, and convenient to a lot of good restaurants. There is also a pirate themed mini-golf course right across the street which was a lot of fun. Great relaxing time.
  The only problem we encountered was the elevator wasn't working one morning, but property management had someone out there and it was fixed within a few hours. Overall a great place to stay.

  It was our first trip to Indian Shores and it was a nice trip. Our condo (405) was in great condition and was nicely decorated and appointed. It was a great location on the beach and convenient to restaurants etc. We had no problems with the condo but the elevators did go out twice during our stay and should be better maintained. We would stay in 405 again on a future trip.

  Chateaux condos on gulf blvd. We had a wonderful time. The kitchen in our condo could have been stocked better, ie utensils, other than that, it was a great place to stay. The views of the gulf, dolphins swimming by, the whole experience was tremendous. It was located close to everything we needed, restaurants and stores. Plenty of chairs at the pool, and the best sunsets! We really enjoyed our 3 weeks there.

  This is an amazing condo with exceptional view of the gulf. The condo itself was updated, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay including beach furniture. We really enjoyed the heated pool especially in the evenings as this time of year the ocean was a little chilly. Also to our surprise there was a BBQ on site which we took advantage of. Everything you need is within driving distance which is very convenient. I would highly recommend this condo for families or couples looking to get away!

  This is a very nice unit. I found it to be clean and tidy. It is spacious, with a beautiful balcony view out over the beach and ocean. The full kitchen is very handy to prepare meals in. Florida Lifestyle is the property management company with which I dealt to arrange this rental. Their staff are personable and professional, and the cleaning staff who work for them do a good job at getting the units clean and ready for the incoming renter. I have dealt with them for the last two years renting at The Chateaux, and have been very happy with their services. The building itself is well kept, with a nice clean pool, and great access to the beach.

The building was obviously repainted and updated within the past year, and 405 (I think) was also refurbished. It appears to be freshly painted and was very clean. Everything within the unit worked flawlessly. I would highly recommend this unit for your next stay on Indian Shores Beach!
