  Good location, condo was clean but a little outdated. Need to replace the old key locks with a electronic code entry. Keys are hard to keep track of at the beach and with 7 people....sharing 2 keys was not ideal. Please buy a pair of scissors and some additional cookware for the kitchen.
  Beaches were fabulous, clean, clear water and not too crowded. We enjoyed our time and would return.

  Out week was awesome. There the week before Memorial Day 2022. Perfect weather and limited traffic and uncrowded beaches. This was our 3rd year in this condo. Great as always. There were a few upgrades to furniture since previous year. Plenty of kitchen amenities. We had 6 girlfriends staying. Sunsets were perfect and proximity to the beach and all shops, restaurants, etc. is great. The only down side was the comfort of the 2 twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. They could stand to be upgraded if an adult is going to be sleeping on them. Highly recommend and ready to book again.

  We had been planning to stay at Panama City Beach until Michael rolled thru the panhandle.I spent hours on Trip Advisor looking for the perfect place and kept coming back to sand castle. I had to have an unobstructed view of the beach, a heated pool. and room for 8 people.The view was outstanding the balcony was a wraparound so there was a view of the intercoastal waters also. The condo looked exactly like the was very clean. Customer service was very good. We had to arrive when the office was closed so our info packet and keys were left in a mailbox in front of the office. Caddies Pub is right across the street. We ate there our first night because it was Easter. The food was good the waiter was funny. Haze Icecream was also across the street yum yum. We were about 2 miles from a grocery, a dollartree, and other shopping. The Yellow Banks Grove has the best fresh juice and citrus. We went to Sawgrass Lake Park in St.Pete. A free nature park were we saw turtles and alligators. Our last day we went to the Tampa Aquarium. A very nice layout the kids and adults enjoyed touching the Stingrays. The sunsets were awesome and so was seeing dolphins in the mornings. The only downfall of the property is the parking is tight. but I would recommend it. I would stay here again. But next April Panama City Beach is on the agenda.

  The location is great. The condo is in nice condition and had sufficient kitchen supplies. The balcony is awesome! The cons were that if you have guests, the parking is a problem. There was a constant issue with all guests trying to secure spots. The restaurant across the street was accommodating to a point. The only other downside is that the property allows guests to keep tents on the beach 24 hrs a day. We rented chairs and umbrellas and were unable to have a beach view, as at one point there were 32 tents on the beach in front of our unit. :( Otherwise, the water and area are great. The Pub is a great restaurant, and is right across the street.

  Beautiful location and view.The condo itself was decent. It could use a fresh coat of paint and a decore update, but was okay. This would not have kept us from returning. However,on day one our washing machine broke. Not upset that it broke, we understand this happens. We were upset that no one cared!! We finally got someone to come out on Wednesday. It was the motherboard and could not be fixed. Sally in the office was unprofessional beyond words. We asked if someone could at least bring us bath towels. Sally said "my housekeeper works 6 days a week and today is her day off".She offered to refund any $$ used at the laundry mat.Not really wanting to spend an entire morning hanging at the laundry mat, we finally went next door to Sand Castles 3 and paid to use the washers where we were scolded by yet another unprofessional employee. I won't go into details since this is not a review about that building. I will end with letting everyone know that at the end of the day, we wanted to enjoy some time in the Jacuzzi. We were kicked out at 10pm!! 10pm? That is a little early!!!! We are adults. Can we at least have until midnight?

  Overall we loved our stay at 806 SandCastleII. The unit was clean , a little dated maybe. Broken chair in the living room and closets that were almost full with owners storage. The view however made up for these minor flaws! Management was great and helpful with a few minor problems. The only thing that would make me hesitate to return to Sandcastle II is the lack of seating at the pool and no other outside seating where maybe one could sit in the shade and enjoy the view.

  Had a great time. Check in employee was very helpful. Went 4th of July weekend with family. Everyone had a great time. Location of condo was awesome located right on beach. The 8th floor unit was a great way to view the fireworks up the coast. Unit itself was clean. Could use some fresh paint on the walls and some updating of furniture. One recliner chair was broke my son cut his leg on a piece of metal sticking out. The glass door to back patio was extremely hard to slide open. Took quite the effort. And the air conditioning untt never quited seemed to get to the temp we desired. Set at 68. Stayed 76-78 all weekend. Called for service and they just said unit needed to be replaced its old and owner would have to make that call. Despite these minor issues we really enjoyed the condo

  We stayed for a week with 8 people in this condo. The view was absolutely breathtaking. The wraparound balcony offered an awesome view. We found the kitchen well stocked with cooking/dining things. The beds were comfortable and clean. Concerns-parking-we had a van that would not fit into the parking garage. We had to try to use the guest parking which was not convenient. Only one elevator worked most of the time. While most of the condo was clean the guest bathroom was filthy. Overall the location, view and family time far outweighed the concerns.

  First, we had a great vacation in Indian Shores, Fl. The condo fit the bill to a tee. The condo was a little dated, one wall covered in mirrors, older décor but it was clean. That is most important in my book. The complaints I have are with the huge sliding glass door in the living wasn't easily open/closed. My wife thought the dryer took a long time to dry, but hey...we had a dryer of our own to use.
  You can't find a condo that is right on the beach with a decent sized pool for any less money. All in all, I asked my wife if she would rent this condo again. She said, yes...
  We are planning on coming back again next year. No more staying in the hotels. Clearwater Beach is right up the road about 10 minutes. There is a bus stop right out front of the building. I would highly recommend this condo.

  Loved the view. Rental was spacious. Location was GREAT! Unfortunate that the shuttle service was not very good - I understand that is not the rental companies issue - just stating. I do have concerns with the condition of the rental for the amount of money I paid for a week stay. Although I will contact the company directly. The overall experience was beautiful and enjoyable - how could it not be when you wake up to the ocean and fall asleep to the ocean!!

  Tho there was but 1 working elevator, and some obvious wear & tear in the unit, it is ideally located in a quiet slice of the 25 miles of Tampa Beaches.
  The furnishings and lay-out are typical and slightly tired "Florida Condo", but it has a desirable spot on the beach, wonderful sunsets, and a comfortable feel.
  Oddly, there a very few "on the beach" eateries, and traffic can be a nightmare, especially if you go "off island". Still, there are several interesting spots near-by, from small & funky to upstyle. It's a fine spot for the "older couple" as well as the young family.

  In general, a great vacation spot. The staff at the rental office was very helpful. Being located on the beach is a plus. I think the place would be more inviting if it gets a bit of sprucing up. e.g. Towels. Making sure that blankets and other linens are really clean for each guest, that the place smells pleasant and not musty. Repairs to cupboard doors would be a nice touch as well. New shower heads too. Overall it's a great vacation spot and we would surely recommend it. But I would add that attention to the above mentioned points would go a long way to ensuring that future reviews of this property will be rated as fully 5-star plus.

  The location was great and the beach was very nice. Our condo was outdated. We had friends in Sand Castle II that had very updated condos. The refrigerator had rust on the outside. The kitchen garbage can was filthy and cracked. The bathroom shower in the master bath had mold in it and there was mold on the ceiling. I did not feel it was very clean. The bathroom had hair on the floor and footprints. The kitchen had very nice granite counter tops but that was about it. The ceilings were very outdated.

  Cons
  -air conditioner noise in master bedroom, can't hear waves from bedroom when running!
  -no can opener
  -stove runs hot, burnt first two dishes
  -living room sliding door opens hard
  Pros
  -excellent view
  -wrap around balcony great w/nice chairs & table, towel/suit drying rack very handy
  -enjoyed beach chairs w/unit
  -new washer & dryer
  -very nice living room furniture
  -nice big screen tv w/dvd
  -bed very comfortable
  -pool very nice & clean, never crowded, lounge chairs always available
  -onsite grill worked great
  -plenty of small shells to be found on beach
  -clean groomed beach, no jelly fish
  -beach rental chairs/umbrellas available
  -saw dolphins and small stingray's
  -the unit has a designated parking stall under building, was pleased a second guest parking pass was provided for our 2nd vehicle. limited spaces

  We loved our stay, but noticed that the hallways, elevators and stairwells were very "rough" The unit itself was very clean, the common areas were not. Still, we loved the location and would come again.
