  This was our first time at Sea Breeze. The location was wonderful. The condo was clean and well stocked. The only drawback was the chairs in the deck and pool area were very uncomfortable.

  It was a great condo. They did a decent job on cleanliness and it was the right fit for our family. Perfect location and loved the pool on the beach.
  If I owned the condo I would leave toilet paper, trash bags, hand soap for my guests.. but that would be the only complaint.

  Our group consisted of 3 adults and there was plenty of room. Very clean and plenty of kitchen supplies. The furnishings are older but in good shape. We had a very relaxing time until our upstairs neighbors moved in with some pretty rowdy children. We were then awakened early every morning to what sounded like elephants riding chairs across the ceiling. The worst part though was they kept holding the one, very slow elevator at their floor so no one could use it. Not the rentals fault, but just be aware that you might have to roll with some punches from the complex. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We had some of the coldest weather in Florida history and still got to enjoy them. Location is a very easy walk to everything. Most important though is the beach, gorgeous views from inside and out of the rental and property is right on the sand, can't get better than that!

  Very spacious, maintained well, everything in great condition, beds very comfortable, water pressure excellent, AWESOME view, accessibility was very easy ...downfall was one elevator and it gets a lot of use and did breakdown. Friendly. Restaurant and shopping experiences excellent. Thank you for having us. Parking passes only accommodation for 2 cars, I needed 3, there was parking close by though for extra guests visiting locally.7

  We enjoyed our time at 303 Sea Breeze (Feb 12 - 19, 2022). The property is nice and the views and location are amazing. Laundry facilities are located on the 4th floor. Only downside is the mattresses on the twin beds aren't super comfortable but the one on the king bed is great. We would definitely come back.

  We had such a great time in Madeira Beach and our stay at Seabreeze Unit 303 was very comfortable and enjoyable. The unit offered everything we needed. The facility was clean and pool area was nice too. We loved that it was within walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The beach is beautiful here as well. It was a bit far to pick up and drop off keys but the management office was very friendly. We will stay at this unit again. Great vacation!

  Wow, sugar sand beach, heated pool, 104°F hot tub, Bocce Ball, and a beautifully decorated condo. There were a few items that needed repair (vertical blinds, light bulbs, shower head) but Don the Maintenance man did a great job! Love this place.

  Great location half mile from St Johns Pass and under a mile to grocery. We had no car and walked everywhere. 7/11 across street has everything. Beautiful condo with open kitchen the family room and breathtaking porch view of beach. No beach towels and no coins available anywhere for laundry. Bring a roll. Pirate Cruise awesome for family excursion. Bamboo Beach Club our favorite happy hour location- such a fun crowd. Love Madeira Beach.

  Very nice facility, great location, nice amenities. The only complaint I have was our room wasn’t very clean, we asked for some bleach wipes to clean the cabinets and kitchen. The bed and sheets were clean, bathrooms were clean and the floors were clean. The return vents for the air were nasty and needed to be clean. Overall the it wasn’t anything to ruin our vacation and we had a great time. The people visiting were nice, the beach was perfect, and the location is all you could ask for. I really liked how they have tents, chairs, beach toys available either in the room or in the parking garage that you can use. Very convenient! We are planning to return next year!!

  Sea Breeze is on a lovely beach, with access onto the beach, a decent sized heated pool and hot tub. The actual unit I am in is about middle range of all the other condos in the building ,but still very nice.
  The only problem there is is the lift which is very slow and keeps getting stuck on floor 3 so you have to walk down on occasions. It has been like it for years but at the moment I can manage the stairs.
  Florida Lifestyle have always sorted any problems which has occurred during my stays.

  It is our second year using this rental. We love it! I only have two complaints. The slider door did not lock this time. They need to fix that. Also the vents in the bathroom are so full of dust and lint they need cleaned out. Very visibly noticeable. Other than that it was a great trip! Lots of room! The king size bed was very comfortable! Perfect view! Perfect atmosphere! Great people to meet!

  Great location & beachfront. Complex was beautifully kept & quiet with mainly adults. Very clean grounds and pool. The unit was ok but definitely needs an update-especially the showers built for short people (which we aren't) and the wall-to-wall carpet needs to go. If you want pristine, this would not be a first choice but overall it was good for us.

  The location of the condo was excellent. I was truly shocked that we paid about $500 more than any of the other 10 families we were there with. Had the place been updated and looked new I'd understand but it was very old and dingy. The carpet was very stained, enough that I wouldn't walk barefoot in there. All of the flooring needs to be redone or the price needs to come down to match the others if not lower. Many of the condos have been upgraded and were beautiful not so much for 303. And like I said, we paid $500 more than the rest of our group.

Our rates are usually lower than any other management company in the area so your friends may have been coming many years before you and receive a repeat guest discount or booked direct with an Owner. Either way, we would have been happy to clean the carpets for you during your visit but you like every guest before you over the last 4 months did not want them cleaned during their visit and since the condo was booked back to back every week, there was not opportunity to clean them until you left which they were done.   The condo was fine, however it does not sleep six as advertised. The couch did not convert to a sleeper sofa. The kitchen was great, clean, etc. The rest of the condo was fine, not terribly updated, but sufficient to meet family needs. The view was spectacular and very close to a wonderful beach. Close to shopping and eating ... had a great time.
