  We have been staying at the Chateaux for several
  years now. The description was very accurate about
  the location, layout and amenities etc.
  Property was clean and well maintained.
  This year we did not have contact w/owner - but
  all contact with management was always very helpful,polite and timely. We would definately
  recommend the property to relatives or a friend. Always enjoy "Salt Rock", "The Couch",
  "Caddy's for eating. John's Pass is also very nice w/friendly atomosphere - clean independant
  gift shops along with several restaurants.

  Clean with comfortable bed. Kitchen minimally stocked with 4 cups and 4 forks.
  Furniture clean but not most comfortable we’ve had in Chateaux. Electric stove had one burner that did not heat evenly. No garbage disposal. Two dining room chairs lost braces in first two days and were unusable.

  We have stayed at the Chateaux for several years and this is our third year stay at #302. We were pleased with the weather - an early jump into spring for those from Connecticut. The location is ideal for access to great restaurants along Gulf Blvd., Park or Ulmerton. The balcony is quiet & relaxing w/great views for observing the wind surfers, dolphins & fishing or beach activity. Fla. Lifestyles gives great customer service as it always has. If you get to meet the owner he is also very pleasant. We certainly, would recommend the condo to others.

  Beautiful condo, love the location, clean, comfortable furniture, helpful friendly staff. Only complaint would be the master bedroom bed; we found it to be too soft or perhaps worn out but then again, we are used to a firm mattress. Replacing the mattress would be a big plus for this unit.

  This is the 2nd year that we have been here. The 1st year the place was much cleaner so I was a little disappointed about that. The bathroom was not very clean especially the tub. But I cleaned it somewhat myself which I should not of had to. I pretty particular about stuff like that but it really has gone down in the cleaning area. Otherwise I had a very nice and relaxing time.

  Our family had a great time staying in this condo. The pictures don't do it justice. As soon as you walk in the door you can see straight through to the sliding glass doors to the balcony and out to the beach! It has a terrific view. We could have stayed on the balcony all day. The beach was great and not over crowded. My family also enjoyed swimming in the pool. This condo is within walking distance of a great ice cream shop and directly across the street from putt putt. Lots to do. I would definitely go back!

  This one bedroom condo was just what my husband and I needed for our stay. The view was amazing, we enjoyed the pool and beach access. Only issue was slow or barely working internet and not the most comfortable mattress we've slept on. It was crunchy but it was a king.
