  As always we had a great week, ate great food nearby and enjoyed the beach and pool. The only things I would like to see is the beach balcony furniture upgraded, we love love to sit out there mornings and evenings. And the front and rear balconies weren't clean when we arrived, so we cleaned them. Overall we love the place, the location, the variety of restaurants nearby, anything you need is close by.

  We stay every year at this condo and love the area. The condo has everything you could want and is close to restaurants, shopping, grocery and all the local favorites. We always enjoy a great week of family fun and relaxation. The pool and grounds are always well taken care of and the views are tremendous. We always meet other very friendly people from all over and enjoy seeing them throughout the week. People and businesses in the area are very friendly and provide great experience. No complaints about sunshine 4a, would like to see a little update on the outdoor patio furniture where we like to spend evenings enjoying the sunset and sounds of the ocean into the night.

  We have rented this unit before and have always had a great experience. The unit has most everything you need, could use a few more baking dishes for meals and the blender wasn't working well but no other issues. We like to eat in most nights after a long hot day by the pool and at the beach. No other complaints everything else in the unit was nice and clean. The pool was great all week and the beach is super clean and fun, kids had a blast. I would recommend this place to anyone, the grounds are always well maintained and clean, people are always friendly and Florida Lifestyles is always there for anything you need. Very close to shopping, grocery store everything just down the street. Great vacation cant wait to come back.

  The place was very nice,well equipped,comfortable beds. Chair's and other beach equipment a big plus. Great driving distance to many resturants, john's pass.Master bedroom was a little noisy due to be close to park Boulevard and couldn't see down the beach on the left side due to the wall from the condo up front.we would stay again though.

  I brought my son, daughter in law and grandkids ages 8 and 5. The view was awesome and the condo was very roomy and clean. The property and pool area was very well maintained and the access to the beach was well kept. We stayed in 4A and loved the condo overall, the only minor problem we had was the dryer probably needs replaced, had to run it a couple of times to get the clothes dry but it works. I have also used Florida Lifestyles Management Co several times now and they are upfront and honest to work with, I would absolutely recommend them.

  We stayed in Sunshine 4A with our two young boys for 6 nights in March, 2017. We had family staying at another condo just north of us, so we spent much of our time there but we were very happy with the unit, space, pool, beach, etc. It was great for the 4 of us. There were signs posted upon our arrival that work was going to be happening on the pool deck for the entire week that we were there, which the management company did not notify us of. As luck would have it, the weather was very uncharacteristically cold with some rain, so the work didn't happen.
  We had a car and it was easy to get to restaurants and attractions.
  We would stay again :)

  We are frequent visitors to Indian Shores but this was the first time at this Condo. Very nice unit. Unit is very clean and has all amenities. Air Conditioning unit was working great (thanks)! We purchased a canopy for the beach as the sun is very strong and you do need some shade. Left it behind for other renters to use so enjoy! Would book unit again. The only negative is that the master bedroom is facing the main street and the patio doors are not very soundproof, so if noise bothers you this will be an issue. Otherwise everything is great with this unit. Appreciate that it is a small complex so it is quiet.

  We stayed in Sunshine 4A from April 4-20. For the first 2 days we had no air conditioning and it was so hot that we slept on the balcony. We contacted Florida lifestyles and the problem was fixed. The condo however was great, no problems other than an A/C unit that would not work for the first 2 days and in Florida having no A/C is like having no heat in Canada.
  
  The condo has a great view of the Gulf, basically you have the pool to yourself. The place is clean and has an excellent lay out. There are some beach chairs, small cooler and little beach toys that you can use. No one bothered us or got in our way and we were free to do what we wanted.
  
  I would suggest some better/sharper knives for cutting meat (chef knives). Other than that, great place and would stay again.

  The floors were very dirty. Our feet/socks/shoes were black after walking on the floors. I would have mopped myself but I didn't have anything to use and I wasn't going to clean floors while on vacation, they need to take more time with the floors and maybe do a deep cleaning once/month with all the people coming and going. You need a updated blender and a can opener that works. Would be nice to have a pizza pan and a griddle to make pancakes/grill chesse on.

  We could not have asked for a more beautiful place to stay. The pictures on the internet do not do this place justice. The views of the Gulf are amazing and beautiful sunsets from the deck every night. Our family LOVED the beach and pool. Enjoyed walking the beach everyday looking for shells. If you are looking for a smaller quiet building to stay in (rather than a big resort), this is it!! (The condo itself is huge) Miss this place already.   This condo is the best. Layout, location,amenities, we love it. There was a couple TNT came to the door on Friday, they did not identify themselves with Florida lifestyles. They were looking for bed bugs? We also wanted to extend our stay including the Friday before, Aaron originally told us to get it we had to book the entire week, which was fine, we understand the business. However when we emailed him the week before we got a response from Kristen she was checking on the price, then no response. I ended calling the days before, Nancy took care of it, however the price was more than the original days?, we went with it, but we're disappointed in the hike for the extra night when it was not rented.

  We arrived prior to check in. We were able to use prop mgmnt's restroom to change into shorts. They were very accommodating. When checking in, I asked for a late check out and was given that. We had a plumbing problem that was taken care of promptly. Everything was fantastic. Great beach - very quiet, family orientated but close enough to action, if you look for it.
