  This unit has one of the best balcony views we have ever had. The balcony is large and ot is so close to the beach it is almost like you are sitting on the beach. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was well-stocked. The bathroom is small but functional and was clean. There is an assigned parking space that is close to the front entrance. The unit is very close to the elevator. This was a great place to stay.

  This condo was very clean, well decorated, was in a great location, and has a spacious kitchen and living area. Hurricane blinds provided great protection from the bright late afternoon sun. My only complaint is the lack of guest parking, with only two stalls.

  Great location. It is situated in the slight bend of the ocean front beach that extends from Clearwater to Fort DeSoto and is not lost in the more commercialized Clearwater area. As such it is a bit more private experience. We found that daily from around 7:00-8:00 scores of dauphins make their pass along the beach front often within a few feet from the shoreline.
  The evening sunsets are due West and have absolutely NO blockage of the spectacular view.
  My ONLY disappointment was that this facility, that has only 20 units, did not a swimming pool.
  Access to the major highways are very nearby. Several waterfront restaurants were patronized and the food was exceptional.

  The property was exactly as pictured and very clean. The decor is quite outdated but the deck and view make up for that. I would only strongly urge that one would be provided with more than a partial roll of toilet paper and a tablespoon of hand and dish soap. As a visitor that flies in, I expect to go to the grocery store to stock up on food and beverage, but not to have to supply my own simple basic household items for a mere 1 week stay.

  We stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. The weather was great and being right on the beach was spectacular....we even were able to witness a man propose to his love right there on the beach at sunset. The condo was clean and furnished well. I would recommend it and will utilize the services in the future.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our week! There were places close enough to walk to (Smugglers Cove, Indian Shores Coffee, ice cream) and only a few minutes to drive to Clearwater or John's Pass. The condo was clean when we arrived and the kitchen was well-stocked for cooking and eating in. We also enjoyed the private balcony and the sunset views each night!

  Nice area, nice condo except the mattress on the bed was way too soft. I struggled all week with back pain. I understand the fact that the owners don't want grills on the condo balconies but it sure would be nice if you provided a couple of grills on the main deck for renters to use. Other than these two issues we had a wonderful time.

  Kristen, Thank you for your help with our vacation. We had a very relaxing time. The condo was perfect for my wife and I. She slept on the sofa with the doors open a few times so she good listen to the waves. My best time was getting up each morning and taking a quiet walk on the beach. Several days I would see dolphins feeding in front of the building. The only issue we had was there was no wi-fi but we got by with using my phone. There was no shortage of seafood restaurants, icecream shops and a coffee shop across the street. The location is very laid back but also close to Clearwater to the north and shopping, waverunners, parasailing and sport fishing charters to the south at John's Pass. while we didn't use it the trolly stop right in front of the building runs up and down Gulf Blvd. We are already planning for next year.

  Our stay at pointe 202 was wonderful. The condo was very clean and it had all we needed to make it home for a week. I loved the fact that it had a washer and dryer right in the unit. I was able to come home with mostly clean clothes in my suitcase. When I asked if the washer and dryer was in the unit or in the building the response I received was that it was in the building and not sure if it was the second or third floor. I wished I had known that it was in the unit because I would have brought less clothes knowing I can just wash some every other day right in my unit.
  
  The beach was not crowded which was nice and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.
  
  The directions to the office should be more specific. We looked for a half hour before we found it.

  The unit we rented was as described. The pictures on the website do not do it any justice. It was more then what we expected. Pack a few things to wear and forget about the rest. The unit was equipped with all you would need while on a vacation. Stupendous, fabulous, amazing views.
