  We were a party of five - grandparents, daughter, 12 yr old granddaughter + friend. Property is exactly as shown in photos. Very clean and updated. Beds were ok. Kitchen is well-equipped, if a bit quirky. The induction range is great! Kitchen cabinets aren't fully functional account tight spaces, can't open dishwasher and fridge at same time - definitely a one person space. Previous guests had left trash bags, ziplock bags, salt/pepper, oil, foil. Bathrooms are nice, but no plug for the tub - showers for all. Hallway bath toilet slow, needed plunging a couple of times. Four smart TV's in the unit, kids enjoyed the choices. Spectrum cable a bit glitchy - had to do a hard reboot on the living room cable box daily.
  
  The beach, pool and hot tub are spectacular. We walked the beach daily, the kids were always in the water somewhere. There were days when we didn't use the rental car - walk to shops, ice cream, coffee, etc. Be advised that the awesome view from this unit come with a price - noise around the pool. The entire week there was a boy in the pool we named "Screech" - we couldn't leave the door to the balcony open when he was in the pool, which seemed to be all the time. His parents were oblivious, used earplugs or drank a lot. Or some combination of the three. The college age crowd was mostly quiet and respectful and toned down their antics when called out by the 12 year old granddaughter. ;-) (They really were fine, especially compared to what you see on TV re: Spring Break.)
  
  Other than the cautionary note about pool noise, the only negative was the lack of beach towels. When asked, management reiterated what is in the instructions - no beach equipment provided, including towels. This unit had an umbrella, club chairs, inflatables and noodles courtesy of prior guests, but we had to make a Target run to get decent beach towels.
  
  The good far outweighs the few negatives, would definitely stay again!

  The condo was nicely redone! We truly enjoyed the accordion patio doors so we could enjoy the inside and outside space. The bathroom were really nicely redone as well. The kitchen was well stocked with all the tools you needed to while staying there.

  This was a beautiful 3 bedroom open concept condo with a very welcoming vibe. There is assigned parking and an elevator to make your stay hassle free. Our party of five enjoyed our stay and every evening on the balcony watching the sunset. Condo had all the basics for cooking, full fridge, and for your beach adventures there is an umbrella, beach chairs, and a few toys and sand buckets. You are steps from the beach and you have access to a nice pool and hot tub. While we stayed on the first of three floors, our upstairs neighbors where mostly respectful of noise early morning and late at night. We really appreciated the recycle bins next to the trash located near the parking area so it was easy to recycle as we were leaving instead of adding to our host's landfill. We would rent this location again. Our only issue this stay was a broken bar stool (wood screw wouldn't go back in), which we we're in need of. By the way, check in and check out super easy at the off site office for this property. The staff very friendly and helpful.

  This was our first year staying at Sunset Paradise, but we have vacationed in the area for many years. We were very happy with the smaller property (only 17 units). Unit 11 was extremely clean and had new paint, flooring, etc. The kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed and more. The view from the balcony was the best and the days by the pool were perfect. We have already booked here again for next year.

  All the other neighbors were wonderful , when we had run into a few problems with the rental Sunset immediately took care of it . The one thing I found after I checked out from housekeeping is that they do not wash blankets or pillow cases , they only change out white sheets and white pillow cases . When you pay almost 400$ a night I think all linens should be clean and changed out . The bedding looked dirty when we got there , but we thought maybe it was just older
  There were some dust bunnies under beds and other furniture. But over the unit was clean .

  We loved the location and our ability to walk to fine
  restaurants and a local food mart. Very close to
  trolley stop. Management took care of our concerns
  quickly. Unit was clean but couches were not so
  comfortable and there could be better lighting in
  the family room. Kitchen was well equipped and
  clean. Bathrooms need grab bars for the shower.

  We had a wonderful visit at Sunset Paradise. This was our 2nd visit to the complex but different condos. We are a family of four and meet the grandparents every year for a family vacation. Condo #11 was perfect for 4 adults and 2 children. We watched the sunset every night either from our porch or from the beach. The condo is within walking distance to many yummy restaurants. And kudos to Lisa, the property manager. She went beyond her duty and went to the condo and picked up some items we left behind and mailed them back to us. Would definitely come back to this condo!

  Absolutely great condo with lots of space! Our family had a fabulous time on the 4th of July week. We enjoyed using the grill at lunch time by the pool. Property was well maintained.   Lots of room. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space. the property was exactly as described. It's a first floor condo, but since the building is on stilts, it's like being on the second floor. We saw dolphins most mornings. The property was clean and well maintained. Couches were very comfy. You might notice some rust here and there outside, but with chlorine and salt water it's to be expected. We were concerned about the lack of lights in the pool at night. One phone call and very shortly Jason showed up to take care of it. The condo was conveniently located. We could get to Clearwater in 10 minutes. Lots of restaurants nearby as well as a Publix grocery store. We especially enjoyed the Clearwater Aquarium.

  We had a great vacation! Our place was great. Very spacious, alot bigger then we thought it would be. Everything was there that we needed, kitchen supplies, blankets and extra bed linens, beach accessories etc. Love the whole set up. Pool and Beach so convenient. Easy access to garage and Condo. Really liked how the entry was inside. It was pretty clean, no big complaint, but there were a few things left out from the cleaning service that should be put up. Brooms and dust pans. Also the laundry room was pretty cluttered with chairs and cleaning supplies. Might want to think about storing those is a closet. These did not affect our stay at all. Only other thing tht might be more attractive in Condo would be some different couches, maybe a Sleeper Sofa or something and Bigger TV, but again you really aren't there to watch televsion. Over all we were very pleased and would love to return. We have already spoken to some friends about coming down in the future. Restaurants, stores the beach very close and convenient..

  I was given the wrong info for the keypad door lock, pool entry code, and the wifi address!
  I did, however, figure it all out with the help of a 12 year old at the pool, as we eliminated * and # from codes.

  Overall it was a great rental. The lay out of the condo is very comfortable. The condo cleaning staff could have done a better job. Crumbs on the rug when we first checked in but the rest of the rooms were pretty clean. The grounds and the pool area are well maintained.
