  We found a beautiful location and the condo was view and setup was one of the best we've had on the beach. We did have construction/painting on the patio that was very disruptive to our stay. The rental agency was not clear about how we would be affected and we ended up depending on permanent residents and the owner to keep us updated on progress and our ability to use the patio. Check in and out was easy. Pool was delightful, heated. So many options for eating...the best little joint is Dockside Dave's' where the scallops are the best around.

  Beautiful facility that is pristinely maintained. The residents are friendly and lovely to talk to and everyone is so welcoming. Our only issues: The water system went out so we didn't have water for a few hours (right as we were making dinner reservations), the fire alarm went off (right in the middle of a conference call no less), and a chair broke from underneath my husband. Sounds aweful, but management made it work. We are already trying to book here for next year!

  We stayed at the Rose 402 for 4 weeks. It has amazing Gulf Front views, and the nightly sunsets were spectacular. Overall, we had a very positive experience.
  The condo was well cleaned upon our arrival. The unit layout and furniture were as portrayed in the website pictures.
  I would suggest a few upgrades to make stays for future renters better: Add a Wi-Fi extender or mesh-network as the WiFi signal was spotty to non-existent in the Master Bedroom & on the Deck. Replace existing Living Room TV with a truly SmartTV so that people can stream Netflix/Prime. Replace Deck chairs as they are worn. Add some more kitchen cereal bowls, serving bowls, a sharp knife and a toaster oven would be great.
  The Florida Lifestyle people were very helpful in accommodating our requests.

  Condo is very nice located on the Gulf of Mexico. Easy access to the beach. Beautiful beach view from the Condo Lanai. Upon arrival there was a problem with the air conditioner, the management company sent out a service person to resolve the issue. The owner of the Condo, Joe, phoned me to provide his concern and verify the issue was resolved. I was very grateful that Joe reached out to me. The cleaning service could have done a better job, I vacuumed the floors and steamed cleaned them, the guest bath and kitchen floors were dirty (my own steam cleaner). Since my granddaughter was with us and crawling on the floors I wanted to be sure the floors were clean. The guest bath shower head has black mildew on it. With Covid 19, I’m not sure the cleaning service did a thorough job. WiFi signal is poor. I would recommend this Condo primarily because it is beautiful and the owner, Joe, was accessible if needed. The cleaning issues can be easily resolved. My reason for pointing out the cleaning issue is to allow the owner to be sure his investment in this property is maintained.

Two years ago we bought umbrellas, because we didn‘t know, that down on the first floor is a closet with umbrellas, chairs, etc. Before I called the agency this year, we bought another two umbrellas and 1 beach chair. The umbrellas we gave to the people in 403. What it really need are new cooking pans for meat. Anything else is o.k.

  Our unit could have used a more thorough dusting and cleaning of the floors. Other than that the unit was great. In the 3 weeks we were there, the pool heater did not function for approximately 7 days and had to be restarted almost every morning for a period of more than a week. We have stayed there on several occasions and had a problem with the pool once before but it was corrected immediately. The owner of unit 402 must be very proud of his condo, lovely unit.

  We have stayed in several different rentals for our annual summer trip to Indian Shores since 2006 and this one has the nicest interior. Modern kitchen, great master BR bath, large flat screen. The pool and common area are very nice, too. Our only complaints were the cleanliness when we first arrived (some of the trashcans weren't emptied and the 2nd BR floor needed to be cleaned better), the washing machine broke, and there are no bbq grills by the pool. The management company was responsive on the washer and had it fixed before we left and gave us fresh linens in the meanwhile. We understand that the grills are an insurance issue for the condo association but adding that would make this place that much more perfect. Definitely would stay here again.

  This place ticks all the boxes when it comes to location. You are off the beaten track but close enough to everything. The proximity to the beach was a hop skip and a jump. Beautiful grounds, very well maintained, and peaceful. I have never stayed this close to the beach it was fantastic especially seeing all the beautiful sunset. Very spacious unit, felt like I was at home. Very nicely decorated and up to date with the newest appliances and a handy wine refrigerator.   This was a well equipped and well presented condo, with a view out onto the ocean from a balcony the full width of the apartment from where we watched osprey catch fish, and dolphins swim past. The pool was small, but warm, clean with sun loungers and table and chairs and right on the beach. Great place for run each morning on the beach. There is a nice coffee shop over the street. Easy access by road into Tampa. Good service from Florida Lifestyle rentals and the property's managers.

  The linens in all the bedrooms really need to be changed with each long term guest. The sheets were too tight for the mattress and paper thin! The pillows were old and dirty - all yellow from perspiration... Those could be changed as well with each long term guest.
  
  The sofa is extremely uncomfortable and needs to be changed. If these things are not improved upon by our next visit, we may look for another location even though we love the building and its location.

  This Property was really nice and fully updated....just a couple of things ...Floors were Sandy and sticky in places upon our arrival, the Master Bedroom Comforter had a fresh Blood Stain on it ,the master code to get into the building only worked 2 out of the 14 days that we stayed, which we were only given 2 sets of keys so that meant we always had to let someone in by the key, the elevator was extremely slow, but the stairs were right out the front door. Their is a Tenant in # 706 that other tenants call the CONDO NATZIE , she was always eagle eyeing everything that was done by the guest and telling them what to do and not to do all the other tenants that lived there were really nice and helpful!!! This unit could have a little more kitchen items for their guest to use. And last but not least...all the Bedrooms have 13" TV's....including the Master Bedroom...which you can't even see when your lying in bed because its on this short little table, couldn't figure that out at all!!!!! For a $ 3500 rental you would expect a nice flat screen on the wall!!! But don't get me wrong...I highly would recommend this unit if you want to feel at home...but if that doesn't matter to you, there is a few units at the ROSE that guest were renting for $ 2700 A MONTH.....

We like to have doors open instead of air conditioning. Ceiling fans would help. We love the Master Suite except the the sheets supplied are much too small for the matress. It would be nice to have late afternoon shade on the outside deck: perhaps an umbrella or a retractable awning. This was our second year at the Rose 402 and we have reserve it for next year also and are already looking forward to next year at the Rose 402.

  The stove top wasn't cleaned properly when we arrived, but we cleaned it up and left it sparkling. The dishwasher was ot instaed properly and Florida Lifestyle was efficiently prompt in having the situation rectified.
