The master bedroom features a king-size bed with a soft-top mattress, quality linens, a private bathroom, separate dressing area, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has been newly remodeled and includes a queen bed. The second bathroom has also been updated and features a beautiful walk-in shower.

The large, comfortable living room opens to an enclosed sun porch with views of the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can relax and even watch dolphins play. The full kitchen includes everything you need for your stay, including cookware, dinnerware, silverware, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, icemaker, self-cleaning oven, and dishwasher.

Additional amenities include community washer and dryer access just down the hall, linens, towels, beach towels, central air conditioning, iron and ironing board, 2 TVs, DVD player, digital cable with music channels, free calling to the US and Canada, and high-speed internet.

A first floor location steps from the pool and exercise room is perfect. The management company folks are always friendly and helpful.

  We have been renting this property for the last six years during the month of March. It's in a perfect location, close to the pool and no stairs to climb.   Our third year of this rental for month of March. Some excellent upgrades in the unit re: furniture and tv. Condo association and management company did great job of keeping the building and grounds as safe as possible as we descended into the covid19 life change. We definitely would return.

It really made my two months at Indian rocks beach unforgettable. The apartments were extremely clean and convenient, with store a quick walk away, a bar, and some delicious donuts right in front.

  We had an excellent rental experience at Bay Mariner with friendly people and lots of activities. Florida Lifestyles were very helpful in setting up next year's stay and any questions we had while there. Location is great, directly across the street from a beach entrance and walking distance to casual restaurants. Very enjoyable.

  Nice condo, convenient ground floor location. Beach access directly across the road. Covered parking, close to front door. Bed is a little hard, but that's a personal preference. Nice big shower, and great water pressure! Pool was lovely, perfect temperature for us.

  We enjoyed a pleasant month at 115 Mariner. From the time we arrived to the day we left, all went well. The condo was spotless when we arrived, most of the amenities that we expected were excellent (except the pool for the first two weeks while it was under repair), the residents were friendly, the building was quiet and conveniently situated for the beach (2 minute walk). We would definitely go back again in the future.
