Whatever you imagine as your perfect beach getaway, you will find it here. The Sea Breeze Condominium is an intimate complex within steps of the beautiful beach. It features the largest hot tub in Mad Beach and has a heated swimming pool as well, both beachside. Plenty of lounge chairs are situated around the pool patio. The tiki huts on the property are a nice addition when you just want to get out of the sun for a bit but still enjoy the fabulous weather. There is a BBQ grill area as well. Within walking distance from Sea Breeze is the world famous John's Pass Village, home to a variety of shops, stores, restaurants and bars. You will find something for everyone!

  Very nice and well equipped in many ways. Clean and good quality beds and furniture. It was a very windy week. The sliding glass door is original and very loose , it shook in its track all week long. The guest bedroom window does not lock. Some screens are so deteriorated that you can’t see clearly through them. We had a wonderful time. I would rent this condo again. Thank you.

  We have been coming to madiera beach for 30 years. We have stayed at sea Breeze many times. Always have a really nice place and highly recommend it. It’s very close to johns pass (a boardwalk with lots of fun shops and restaurants) and we walked on the sidewalk going to johns pass and on the beach on the way to the condo.

  Condo is located right on the beach in a great location. 2 bedroom/2 bath in relatively good shape. Unit could use a good cleaning main bathroom had not been cleaned at all. Dishwasher and microwave should be replaced, a few household issues that need repair upon arrival that were taken care of when I called.

  We had a great week on the beach. Condo is a great location, walking distance to Johns Pass. We roomy for a 2 bedroom, plenty of space for everyone
  Only downside is the rental agency is way way down the beach, 2 towns away, for key pick up and drop off, would be more convenient to leave the keys in the condo when you leave and pick them up there when you arrive...

  The condo was nice and clean, the view was gorgeous. There were a few things in the condo that could use some repair, but overall it was in good condition. All of the appliances worked and the A/C kept things cool. The threshold piece between the 2nd bedroom and the hallway was missing, so the kids had to be careful where they stepped when they didn't have shoes on. One of the lights above the dining table flickered so much we couldn't use it. The blinds in the master bedroom had a broken slat. The door to the master bedroom balcony was almost impossible to open and close completely. It took a lot of strength to get it to latch. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was clean. We loved that there was a Keurig in the kitchen for coffee. The bathrooms were also very clean and everything worked well. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a week, but could use some minor repairs to make it really nice.

  Our stay at Sea Breeze 201, from May 6 thru May 20 was enjoyable for sure. We've stayed at Sea Breeze before in another unit so we were very familiar with the facility and the area. The unit itself was beautiful, clean and well equipped. Our only real issue was with the living room furniture. There was just one big sectional, and it is in desperate need of replacement. It was horribly uncomfortable. I'm guessing the springs gave out a long time ago, and there was a piece of plywood under the cushions. OUCH!!! It's a shame to have such a beautiful place but no where to comfortably relax. I implore you to have that replaced with a nice couch and a couple of nice chairs. That would be a better seating arrangement. We will certainly be back to Sea Breeze weather its in that unit or another. We just love that location. One other thing, we had a problem with the shower head in the guest bathroom, called the management company that Monday to report it, they said a plumber would be by to fix it, NEVER got done.

  Condo was very clean, comfy beds, well supplied kitchen, and the beach chairs were a real plus. A/C was off one day as workers were on the building roof doing work on the units. Construction on another condo was mildly annoying but nothing anyone could control. Great location, great views of sunsets, wonderful beach. Overall great experience.

  The condo was very nice. Furniture was a little dated and internet was slower than we are used to...also not wifi. But the location was great. Walking distance to John's Pass, short drive to Clearwater Beach and a trolly that goes up and down the coast. We saw dolphins swimming near shore from our balcony almost daily.

  Very much enjoyed our week at Unit 201, Seabreeze Condos....The unit was huge, loads of room for 4 of us, very well equipped kitchen. Elevator is slow but we didn't use it much, being only 2nd floor. The best part was the location on one of the nicest sections of beach in the whole St.Pete's area. Close to John's Pass for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay there again!!
