  We love the location of the condo! We love the layout of the condo. We love that it has a pool. We love it has a wood bridge to beach. Overall we have loved our vacation in this unit. Property description was accurate. We plan to return for many years and would recommend. However there are a few improvements we hope to see before next year. Needs some paint on scratched walls, dishwasher needs to be replaced, sofas are not so comfortable(Maybe get two comfy recliners or chairs) , needs new chair in master, mattress could use update as it is a little hard,and it is not possible to watch tv in family room unless you are subscribed to apps. As I said we love this condo and if these suggestions are implemented I would rate it 5 stars❣️❣️

  This condo has one of the best views! Here are a few additional things you should know about this location.
  This condo is right next to the public beach access so there are more people on the beach area directly in front.
  You must have a physical key to get to the condo’s beach access because you have to go through the pool area. This can pose a problem when you have more then two people needing a key. ’s next to public beach access so our adult children could go around when a key was not available. There’s a pro and con for the public beach access.
  There is only one roll of cheap toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, no dish soap, and one extra trash bag so be prepared to go shopping if you’re staying more than a few days. Congratulations to the renters after us for getting these additional items for free since we couldn’t take these things back on the plane with us.
  If you’re able, bring your own pillows. There were not many and the ones available where not good quality. We flew so no luck for us with bringing pillows.
  Beach chairs and umbrellas.... There were two pretty good beach chairs in the condo but if you need more, or an umbrella, you have to travel down the beach to the next public access point to rent them and you have to stay in that location. There are stores that rent these but you have to be able to drive and pick them up.
  Sleeping ’s advertised as sleeping 6 but one bed is a full size and two people in it bigger than adolescents are cramped. Our adult child ended up sleeping on the couch to be more comfortable (and it wasn’t a sofa sleeper). I recommend sleeping 5 people in this condo for comfort.
  The condo has had a little facelift so it’s cute but you can still tell it’s older. It was clean and we didn’t have to call the rental company about anything.

  We have been rating this same condo for the last three years and we love the location, the views from the balcony and the size of the condo. The condo is a corner unit and has large windows and sliding glass doors to the balcony. Because of the extra windows you get from being a corner unit this condo is bright with good lighting. I have low vision so the lighting is very important to me. I have a service dog but still choose to find rentals that are dog friendly out of consideration to the owners of these vacation rentals and this unit is happily dog friendly. Florida Lifestyles have extremely friendly staff and have taken care of our every need. The condo owners call to make sure the condo is as expected and genuinely want to make sure your family has a wonderful experience. For these reasons we will continue to return year after year.

  We has this Vacation scheduled for a while and we decided to come down and see what happens, I believe it was prayers that Dorian did not come this way. So we had perfect weather for the week. The condo was Perfect very nicely decorated. Lots of room. This building only has 10 condo so very quit. Easy access to the beach esp with carts due to the Public walk way is beside the building very nice. The only thing i wish they had was better Beach chairs hard to bring from out of state so having nice ones would be nice. They do have lots of games in the condo to play.

  We had a fabulous stay at Casablanca 402 this summer!
  The location was great. We love Indian Rocks Beach, and we were right across the street from Keegan's (seafood restaurant) and Pinky's (ice cream & candy). Also, we were just south of Guppy's...one of our all-time favorite restaurants in this area!
  The condo is really nice...updated & clean! The master bath was just redone this 's beautiful. The entire condo interior has a new coat of paint...looks wonderful.
  Florida Lifestyle, the condo's management company, was a joy to work with on our stay. They accommodated our Sunday check-in needs and were really helpful when we had a small parking problem.
  We will definitely be back again next summer!!!

  This unit is very nice with great views. Kitchen was stocked well, awesome location with walking distance to the bait shop, many fantastic restaurants and the beach was never crowded the first week of June. Pay attention to the check in instructions, the lobby does have a PIN code to get in, so the building is actually a little more secure than most. The beach amenities in this unit are lacking, but the realtor doesn't guarantee any of those. The chairs were rusted and junk. No beach toys at all. Beds were comfy and we slept well. The unit (like most down there) is noisy and you can hear people take every step above and even talking. Pool was OK, but our suits smelled terrible the next day from using it. Covered parking is a plus. Unit was clean, no issues there.

  This was a great condo with a breathtaking view of the gulf. Located right in the beach and central to everything. Great location. The condo complex has 10 units so nice and small. It also has a pool and good parking. All very clean. The condo unit itself had all amenities and was very clean, although could use a fresh coat of paint.   Trip cut way short because of hurricane, but condo was great; spacious, very well stocked, clean, but needing a fresh coat of paint. Furnished well and decor was great. Large master suite and simply awesome three (yes, 3) shower heads! Location was great and view breath taking. James was great to work with and the ladies at Florida Lifestyles friendly and helpful. Wish we could have stayed for all our days booked, but with Irma coming these midwesterners needed to head north! A big thank you for the coffee in the cupboard.

  Everything was excellent from the moment of booking to our last day.the only suggestion I can give. Is the housekeeping necessities were a bit short. Only two trash bags in the kitchen for a four day stay and especially with kids. We had to use some of the bedrooms trash cans, very low on dishwasher soap and no backup paper towels. When mentioned to housekeeper she just mumbled "I put 2". I wanted to say well we're here for 4 days and 3 nights with kids, two bags wouldn't cut it, but it was too early for a discussion before going on our 2 hour back. Other thing I noticed that was not a big deal for us was the exposed wall pipe around bathroom in master room. It seemed as if someone cut out a few areas of drywall and never finished whatever was started. Just FYI for next family. Other than that we cannot wait to come back.

  Casablanca 402 was a beautiful large condo! Views amazing! Few things to bring to your attention, we had a really hard time getting in the property the key was sticking, and we could not turn to open, we had to use all keys until we found one that worked. The ceiling fan was extremely dusty and the dust was flying around when we used the fan.The air conditioning filter and duct work needs to be clean. No toilet paper, paper towels or dish soap, items that we thought would at least be there.

  The best thing about about our rental is the view from the 4th floor balcony. On the balcony you can see up and down the beach to watch the people, the tides, the approaching storms and beautiful sunsets. From inside you can look out at the water and see nothing else.   We really enjoyed our stay at Casablanca. We traveled with another couple and their young children. It was a comfortable amount of space for the 6 of us. Gorgeous views. Great location. Overall our experience was great. Only downside I can think of is we had to go to the store a lot for little things that were not provided (like trash bags, plastic cups (they had glass, but you can't take glass to the beach or pool), soap, toilet paper, etc. We knew we might have to pick up a few things, but it did take time away from relaxing. The master has a wonderful shower (with three shower heads) that is awesome.

  The condo was nice, it could use a coat of paint. It was a warm Thanksgiving. The thermostat had a sign that said that you could not set the air conditioner above 76 or it would freeze. They threatened to make you pay the service call if that happened. For those of us not used to the humidity this made the stay a bit uncomfortable. Especially during the night.

  We absolutely loved our time in this amazing condo. Perfect for kids and grandparents. It was easy to feel at home. The condo was very clean and had a great layout. The views from the balcony are incredible, and have beautiful sunsets. The beach couldn't have been better. It wasn't crowded, the sand was like baby powder, the water was fairly shallow. It was an amazing first ocean experience for my son. Plus we were RIGHT on the beach. The ability to run up to the condo for anything we needed was so convenient. My 80 year old grandparents couldn't even stay out of the water, and came in for a swim for the first time since childhood. The beach is also close enough to town and some local restaurants. It was far enough away from "town" that it really felt like a cozy spot away from it all. We loved this condo so much that we decided to stay one extra night last minute. Thank goodness it was available! The owner and rental company were also great to work with. They answered questions quickly and were very accommodating. It was very fun to have such a great experience and we highly recommend this to others...except during dates we need a getaway, because we will back again!

  We really enjoyed our condo on Indian Rocks Beach. The rooms were furnished nicely and the view was terrific. The rental company - Florida Lifestyles - was very easy to work with. Only suggestion is that the queen mattress be replaced and the linens upgraded. Pillows are thin. Overall, experience is good. Having 2 parking spaces really helped.

  The stay was what we expected. The only thing we can comment on was the cleaning. We did drop something on the floor near the couch, which we had to move. At that time, we found, dust, bread crumb, marble, coffee that was spill and not wiped, etc. anything you could think of. The same was for under the cabinet and on the couch. So we clean it. On the surface, everything look clean. For the price we pay to clean the place, I think these places should be considered. We did clean all the place before we left. I don"t think the cleaning later had to work for what it cost us.

  Our four-week stay at Casablanca 402 was very relaxing. The unit was lovely with its updated guest bathroom and beautiful master bedroom. The views from inside the unit and from the balcony are outstanding! However, on cooler, windy days the balcony is not very useful being on the north corner and not getting sun until mid to late afternoon (Jan./Feb.) The kitchen was very well equipped, but the counter tops definitely need to be replaced along with those in the master bath. There were a couple of mainenance issues, but the owner, who called to welcome us, and Florida Lifestyle took care of them very efficiently and treated us well. Overall, a very lovely condo and positive experience.
