This condo retreat features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and an open concept living area with access to the private balcony offering serene water views. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to cook meals at home, or you can enjoy the variety of excellent restaurants in the area. Best of all, this unit is conveniently located directly across the street from the beach, so in just minutes, you can have your toes in the sand, soaking up the beauty of Indian Shores Beach! This unit comfortably sleeps 6. The large master bedroom suite has a king bed, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and TV. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.
The complex offers a fishing pier, heated pool and hot tub and is just a quick walk to the beautiful white sandy Gulf beaches!

Unit 5F in Quiet Waters was a totally relaxing and comfortable stay. The unit is well taken care of and supplies everything one would need to feel just like home. The balcony view overlooks the gulf and gives you an amazing site every evening of a spectacular sunset. We have every intention of returning to this vacation spot.

Our stay at Quiet Waters was unforgettable! The location was really perfect for our kids ranging from 16-6. They loved having the pool, the beautiful beach and even fishing access within steps of our condo. The place was adorable, safe and clean. Lots of pans, plates, utensils and even a blender to make smoothies! We watched the sunset over the water every night from the balcony. The master bedroom and bath were very private and soft beds. We used the grill in the common space and even met some other families traveling. We would definitely recommend the condo and the Indian Shores area which was comparably quiet and quaint to nearby locations during spring break. We would love to come back again!

This is the 5th year we have had the opportunity to rent at Quiet Waters 5F and, as in each of the previous years, we were thrilled to be there. The condo is spacious and well appointed, the view is magnificent and the beach is 2 minutes away for slow-pokes like us. The QW community is very friendly and the heated pool and hot tub are major pluses at this time of year. We had some low 60s but managed to get wet nevertheless. With several bridges within easy reach and Clearwater or St.Petes only a short distance away, we were never at a loss for attractions or activities. Thanks Angela!

The Condo was very nice n neat with a large master bedroom and big walk in shower in master bath the owner Angie was great to work with and very nice. The only thing we noticed was the master bath toilet lid was loose and the DVD player didn't work. Might need to up date the dvd and tv in the bedroom. Although that wasn't a big deal just would have been nice to watch a movie on a few of the rainy evening's we had. O and the views from our balcony were great! We also enjoyed the fishing pier on the intercostal behind the building. The pool and hot tub were also nice.

Our family loved this location. Beach was an easy walk, even with a toddler. My son did a lot of fishing from the dock, and even saw a few manatee. My daughter enjoyed looking at the birds and fiddler crabs. Pool, hot tub, and grill area were very nice. The management company, however, left much to be desired. Under the beds and tv's was filthy. Tons of dust and hair! We had to call repeatedly about fridge and kitchen sink. Sink was never fixed. The bed linens were awful. Nice, thick pillow-top mattress, with cheap sheets that came off constantly. We complained, but they didn't care.

The condo was clean. Nice updated master bath and kitchen. We did have issues with the outlets, some worked and some did not. Was also concerned that the ceiling fans. They were plugged into the outlets in the bedrooms, so there was a long cord over one of the kids beds and over the dresser in the master bedroom. Also they need some new lamps, some worked and some did not. The pool and hot tub were very nice. All in all it was a nice property.

This was the fifth year my husband & I have stayed in this condo. It pretty much has everything you need to make yourself comfortable. It is very clean and tastefully decorated. The location is perfect; just a short drive to Clearwater, St Pete, and Tampa or walking distance to local shops & restaurants. There is a short walk to the beach and using the beach buggy, towels, chairs, toys, etc provided makes life much easier. The pool & hot tub are clean and have plenty of chairs. There is also a BBQ grill for community use. A private pier leads to a dock on the intercostal where one can fish & relax. Florida Lifestyle is very easy to work with, as well. Employees are professional & helpful. I would highly recommend this location to couple or small families (due only to being able to sleep 4).

This was our first time to this area of the state and it will definitely not be our last. We will continue to come back yearly. We visited all between Clearwater and John's Pass and the location of Quiet Waters is the perfect location. The condo itself, we couldn't have asked for anything else. It offered everything we needed and more. Plenty of beach chairs, next year I know to not even pack ours. The view is amazing! The master is amazing! The most comfortable bed I've ever slept on. This was our best vacation yet and can't wait till next year! I can't say enough great things about Quiet Waters.

We were very pleased with our accommodation and the location of the condo. There were several options for activities with this condo. The condo is a very quiet complex which was great for relaxing and reading. It is also close to the beach so we were able to walk to the beach every day or enjoy the condo pool and hot tub. We also spent many evenings watching boaters and the marine life from the dock on the intercoastal waterway. There are many restaurants in the area either within walking distance or a short drive. We also took advantage of the walking/biking lanes and grabbed a coffee at a local cafe after our morning walk.
