  We are happy with the condo that we rent, it's well maintained and comfortable. Our only complaint is that we can't depend on it being available year to year. Even though we go in to reserve it for the following year within the 3 day window for reserving the same unit for the same weeks the following year, the owner will randomly block certain dates. This makes it difficult to make plans.

  We were blessed to find this realtor to get this rental at last moment. It is updated in all decor and appliances. Kitchen fully stocked with everything except food. It was very clean. Right on the beach. Good size balcony. Would love to stay in this unit again on our next trip to Indian Rock.

  We have stayed at the Chateaux several times. The rentals are always very clean and updated. It has a great beach and heated swimming pool and is close to many good restaurants. We especially like the Salt Rock Grill and Keegan's Seafood Grill. Also, we love to hear the surf and walk the beach.
