  This is our third amazing year in the Chateaux Condos and it certainly will not be our last. Our stay in 204 Chateaux was wonderful, in fact we enjoyed our stay so much we extended our stay for an additional 3 days. Keith and Becky are the new owners of unit 204 and they are great communicators and would bend over backwards to make sure you're accommodated. Keith and Becky also made exciting new updates to the unit. We found the unit well stocked, neat and clean. Chateaux Condo location is ideal, it's walking distance from restaurants, coffee shop, mini golf course and much more. Salt Rock is one of our favorite restaurant to frequent. Our highlight is the view of the gulf from the takes your breath away!

  The one bedroom condo was nice. We had a beautiful view and the pool was very clean. The condo was clean and had a lot of beach things if you needed them. Furniture is not very comfortable (sofa beds never are). Tv in bedroom did not work and A/C was set to go only to 70 degrees.

  I have been coming to this great complex for over 4 years. The property recently changed ownership, but it is still clean and quiet. This last time, there were some younger couples who were not respectful of the property, ie bringing glass to the pool, not showering and not watching their children. Other than that it was a great trip. I hope that the owner does not raise the rate to $150.00 a night, since it would be well over market rate. Other than that, it is a nice place to stay.

  We are very happy we chose Indian Shores and Jimmy's condo. The unit was clean and equipped with everything we needed including beach chairs and an umbrella. We got really lucky with the warmer than normal November weather and the beach was perfect. Great pool, comfy king bed and very convenient area. We found every type of food within 1/2 hour drive and several good restaurants within walking distance. John's Pass was fun and we found a Groupon for the Dolphin Quest or Pirate Ship Adventure. Most days we felt like we were on our own private beach. I don't think we'd consider staying anywhere else. The area and unit suited us perfectly. Thank you for a great time!

  I can't say enough good things about this property. The view of the Gulf from the balcony was exactly what we wanted. All the rooms were very clean. The kitchen was sufficiently furnished for just about anything we might have wanted to do. The king bed was very comfortable, as were the living room furnishings. The A/C was very efficient. The wi-fi was on the slow side (laptop, browser, no streaming video), but was free. The 2nd-floor location gave me peace of mind in case of tsunami :-) The great beach was not too crowded. We didn't really use the pool, but it was clean and the deck was attractive. Kristin and Ashley from Florida Lifestyles were friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back.

  My wife and i had a awesome time. This was our second stay at the Chateaux and we love the location.Our condo was very nice,good view from our balcony looking out to the gulf of mexico. I would recommend the Chateaux for anybody. We rented a car and went sightseeing every day, played putt-putt right across the street, we liked PJ's oyster bar,good food and very nice. We'll be back again next year same time same place. I almost forgot i even had a seagull land on my head and i have a picture to prove it. Thanks again for a wonderful time.

  I was a little worried staying here considering the total cost. I was amazingly fooled. Wonderful condo. Has everything you need except for beach towels. I did misunderstand about the washer and dryer. I thought it was in the condo but it's a laundry room downstairs. The money we saved staying here made the laundry situation very minor. I've already convinced my aunt and a cousin to spend thier next vacation here. We plan on booking this exact condo next year.

  Have been staying a month at this unit for a number of years. Enjoy the owner and the improvements he makes each year. This year it was upgrading the bathroom. It is close to all the good eating and fishing places. I look forward 11 months of each hear when the time will come for me to eat great fruit and watch the sun set each day from my recliner. Life does not get better than that.
  The outside building is well maintained except for the elevator. For the last two years, it has made life difficult having to walk up the stairs two or three time a month. Florida Lifestyles have been great getting someone out to fix, but still not what one would expect.
  With that said, I will be back next year.

  Love this condo. Disappointed with the elevator situation (inop when we arrived, fixed, then inop for most of another day). This is difficult for people like us with disabilities. This condo was updated again with new bathroom. Very nice. Convenient to the beach and restaurants.

  Our week at Chateau 204 was wonderful. Everything we needed for a comfortable stay was available at this unit. The view is absolutely breathtaking with the most beautiful sunsets every evening. The dolphins came by to entertain us and that was a delightful extra. We have already booked for next year and we plan on staying longer. By the way, the bed is super comfortable.

  My husband and I have just stayed in this beautiful apartment, we had the most relaxing wonderful time and are very, sad it has come to an end. We travelled from the UK and needed a much needed stress free holiday, which we got. Seeing dolphins swim past every day was just magical. We wish we were there right now.   We love Indian Shores. This was our second year there. The Chateau is located directly on the beach. Watched beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Very spacious living room. Excellent food nearby. Usually prepared our own breakfast and lunch. Loved walking on the beach and picking up shells. We are golfers, so enjoyed the golf courses nearby. Very relaxing there, and friendly people. The only negatives were the flatware was slightly sparse and mixed, and we like a better shower in the bathroom. Overall a very pleasant vacation.

  Great location directly on the beach, close to shopping, fleamarket, fishing and great food. We've stayed there the past 3 years and always have a hard time when we have to head back home. It has become our home away from home. Don't expect too much inside, but remember Heaven is on the outside and you have a front row seat for all the action.

  Chateaux is a very quiet and relaxing location. It was a bonus being able to step outside the pool gate and be on the beach. Sunsets were spectacular from our balcony facing the gulf. Would highly recommend #204.
  The only thing I would change is the shower curtain.

  The apartment was in an amazing location, overlooking the beach, we spent many evenings watching the sunsets. There was also a great coffee shop and Seven Eleven both a 5 minute walk away. The apartment had everything you needed with a great pool area, good parking and laundry facilities. We will definitely returning next year!!

  The only negative we had was when we tried to place a deposit for 2013, the receptionist would not take our deposit as she claimed she did not have sufficient info for the dates in 2013. I suggested she take the deposit and get the info later----she said no. It was a little frustrating
