Situated between St. Pete and Clearwater in Indian Shores this luxurious condo offers everything you need to have a truly great vacation.

  We had a great week basking in the sun on the beach in front of this condo. The pool is also nice and well kept. The condo room 1413 wasn’t the most updated but it was clean and served our purposes well. The balcony could use new furniture but it has a nice view overlooking the pool and ocean. Overall I’d give this condo a “Good” rating.

  We had a great time at our Beach Cottage condo, although our stay went by too fast. The condo had a great view of the Gulf, was very comfortable and had everything we needed to fully enjoy our stay. The pool and hot tub were very nice and the deck area was spacious and clean. It even had three nice gas grills for steaks and burgers. Florida Lifestyles did a great job. They provided us with everything we needed to access and use our condo. We will definitely be touching base with Florida Lifestyle before booking our next vacation to the Tampa area.

  Only 2 of us in the condo but big enough for a family with everything you need for a beach holiday. The kitchen was well equipped for those wishing to eat in. Beach chairs, boogie boards and play equipment for the little ones all available. It was nice to sit on the balcony which was shaded most of the day with a cool breeze. Ideal for families with children using the pool all day long. Although the pool closes at dusk this rule was generally ignored so be warned it can get a little noisy up until midnight. The location itself was quiet but only 1.5 miles to Publix supermarket and 5 miles to Johns Pass.

  It was nice upon arrival. Parking garage is very tiny! Our SUV wouldn't fit at all!! The bird sanctuary next store is gross and smells horrible!! The sheets on the bed where stained I ended up washing them and it came right out... The whirl pool tub jets where gross I took pictures to show them! Other than that everything was as described. Oh the hot water heater I guess was out and all of a sudden on our last day it was an emergency and needed to be fixed! We had no clue it was leaking the whole time we where there and obviously previous to our arrival but all of a sudden "emergency" and inconvienced our last day!! Other than that everything was a described. My family did enjoy our time there.

  This condo offered a Great, relaxing stay for our family of 4. The condo was clean and in good repair, as was the entire complex. The pool deck area was very large, offering plenty of loungers, tables and grill availability. Our children are in college and this complex offered the nice pool and spa area or quick access to the beach. The balcony overlooked the pool area, but provided a nice view of the beach.
  The kitchen was well equipped and provided most things needed for preparing meals. We also appreciated the washer/dryer. Indian Shores seemed a little more family oriented and less crowded which was nice. The only thing that was a bit of a challenge - was that keys were required for entry and exit of the complex (to the beach). Although I understand the security this provides, it was often difficult when people were coming and going to the beach at different times. And I was a little dissapointed that the only exit to the beach was from the parking garage - however we very much enjoyed are stay at Beach Cottage.

  We rented this property for two weeks in February. It was amazing. Great view from balcony, as well as the bedroom. Everything was clean and comfortable. Updated kitchen, big screen TV in living room. We loved it so much that we tried to rent it again for next year at the same time, and it was already booked. So, we found a place down the road because we liked the location so well. Very close to Tampa airport, Clearwater Beach and Madiera Beach.
  
  If I HAD to point out some issues: no hair dryer (i had to go buy one), Bathrooms could use updating, and too many dirty smudges on doors and white woodwork (which I took care of with a soapy sponge.). Those were minor issues which did not affect the enjoyability of our trip at all.

  We had a great experience. All the comforts of home were in the condo. Plenty of room for two adults and 3 kids. There was nothing that was lacking.   This is the third year we have stayed in1413 and hopefully will able to continue for many years to come. Rick is extremely easy to deal with, the Beach Cottages are in an ideal location and we feel the complex is just the right size.
  Rick and Randy are going to be doing some renos this month and we will be looking forward to the changes next November. The sunsets from the balcony are amazing and the surf lulls you to sleep! Watching the various types of birds fly overhead and diving for food; keeping an ever watchful eye out for dolphins swimming by and seeing the bridge open to allow boats to continue their voyage on the intracoastal are some of our favorite pass times. Lots of restaurants, golfing and shopping to be had nearby as well. Overall, we can't think of a better way to spend the month of November! The downside is coming home and seeing a different kind of "white" outside our patio door as opposed to the white sand we see from the balcony of 1413. Thanks Rick for sharing your home with us!!!!

  Beach cottage 1413 was great for us. Very spacious and loved the split plan set up. View and balcony was amazing. Location was great! Kitchen was remodeled, loved the granite and new appliances. The carpet does need to be replaced, but it seemed that after the work done in the kitchen, that is probably next on the list. Since we had two little ones, it was ok, we didn't have to worry too much. Great high chair and beach chairs were handy!Hope to come back again!

  Elevator out when we arrived and had to make many trip to 4th floor to unload vehicle. Elevator was broke down 6 times in first two weeks of stay. Door lock was hard to use.Repairman could not even open the door with master key. Carpet needed cleaning and stretching, which was mentioned to owner. Enjoyed the view, sunsets, pool area, great maintenance of project overall and have booked to return to Beach Cottage I next year. Would have re-rented same unit, however it was taken.

  I am very impressed with the Beach Cottages 1413 condo we rented. We stayed for three weeks in August of 2012 and it was great. This is our fourth annual visit to this unit and every year we are very satisfied. The condo is a huge two bedroom unit, clean, up to date, well maintained and lots of extras like beach toys, books and balcony furniture. The large television in the living room is a nice feature as well as free wifi and phone calls. The view of the gulf and the pool is excellent. Complex is good and well maintained. Loved the heated pool, hot tub, gas grills and quick access to the beach. Had good restaurants nearby. Would recommend this condo to anyone. Price was very reasonable. The management is friendly and accessible during your stay. We are planning to spend our vacation here again in the future.

  Hope to return in the not two distant future. Rick, you really should think about putting at least a double bed in the 2nd bedroom for when there are two adult couples. And for that matter even when there are kid involved as it would givebthat room an extra bed with a double and a twin.   Arrived late Sun. due to our flight. Check in was easy and parking for this condo was just outside the front entrance. I have a bad knee and was happy to see there were elevators and easy access to all areas of the complex. The condo was on the 4th floor towards the back, but the view was still amazing. The deck was roomy and had a table and several chairs to comfortably sit our entire family. Condo was very clean and although it showed it's age (carpet, wallpaper and paint)it had a large washer/dryer, updated beautiful kitchen with all newer appliances, lots of closets and linen provided. Air conditioning worked great. Extra's including beach toys and chairs,radios etc. Overall, very clean, comfortable, roomy and felt like home. Master had a nice king bed. Jacuzzi tub was a little difficult to get into but always had plenty of hot water. TV's in every room but didn't spend much time watching them. Many things to do in area! Salt water pool was nice for the hot sunny days. Ocean within feet.. even better! Private,locked community.. so always need keys with you, even on beach. Would recommend without hesitation and would stay there again. Great value.

  A fair amount of rain did not diminish our enjoyment of the views, the ocean and especially the many birds. This very large condo was comfortable and well equipped for our stay. The ocean was warm and very inviting. Would stay again anytime.

  My family and I totally enjoyed our rental experience. We have two young children and staying in the condo was perfect for us and them. They had their own space to play or just relax and watch the Disney Channel. We all loved having the pool, we spent lots of time in it, especially the kids. The pool was great for the number of people at the complex durng our stay but I can't imgaine if the complex was full, there would have been major crowding. We loved having a full kitchen. We were able to enjoy the balcony for all of our meals. We also liked having the grills to make my awesome burgers. We can't wait until we are able to come and enjoy the Florida sun and the Gulf again. Next time I hope no tropical storm decides to visit the gulf coast when we visit. All in all great vacation.
