  After reading other reviews I was skeptical. We were pleasantly surprised when arriving! The place was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. Sunsets from the beach were awesome and the pool was not crowded. The only suggestion I would have is to add additional cooking and baking pans, the condo holds 8, but the options were limited.

  Perfect location w/ beautiful view! Kitchen items need to be reviewed and cabinets purged of random plastic, containers, and lids. Cutlery needs to be replaced. We were very short of utensils. Other than that, nice place that could use some updates. Would rent again.

  The unit was in a great location with beautiful views of the ocean.Lots of great restaurants nearby. The only issue I would like to see addressed is an over-all updating of furniture, flooring, and kitchen cooking supplies. The sofas and some of the beds were quite uncomfortable and the carpeting needs replacing. I would definitely recommend this building, but possibly look for a unit that had been updated.

  the parking. The condo was very nice except for one bedroom that had a very musty smell, did not want to use the closet or the drawers, smell was to strong. We sprayed tryed to air it out didn't help any. The condo had everything needed.

  Great spot on the Gulf of Mexico! Beautiful to wake up to and Gulf looks different each day. Weather was colder and rainer this year but dotted with some lovey, sunny days. Others who stay at Beach Cottages are friendly and lots are midwesterners. Complex has a very nice pool, hot tub and pool deck. There are many good restaurants within a short walking or driving distance. Florida Lifestyles is very responsive and good to work with.

  This is the second time staying at the Beach Cottages, only two different units. The unit was exactly as described, beautiful view of the waterfront. We couldn't tell the bird sanctuary was right next door. We were able to see the nesting black skimmer birds. The pool is a great way to relax after coming in from the beach. The outside grills were ok, could use some updates to them.

  Our stay was very pleasant. This is a great location on the beach with sunset views from the deck. The condo interior has had upgrades including new couches, a remodeled accessible master shower (Wish the shower had a grab bar), and a new dishwasher. Beds marginaly comfortable.   Another GREAT month at this mostly wheelchair accessible condo (1400+ sf) (Exception is narrow MBth doorway where walker is required to enter) New MBth walk in shower with shower curtain accommodates transfer seat nicely. Low toilet requires own riser and portable grab bars. Appreciated new living room furniture. Same great unobstructed gulf view, electronics in good working order, Sun Coast Trolley tranport outside door, exceptional rec area(also w/c access.)with new salt water pool where 89 degree water made swimming comfy even in cooler temps,and lovely flat packed beach we could bike. Friendly condo community. Management very responsive to all requests.

  My husband and I had stayed here with his sisters last March. We decided to have our family vacation in October and knew this condo would be perfect for the 4 of us. We loved the balcony to eat breakfast and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Weather is perfect in October! The condo is clean and beds were comfortable.We only had a problem with the shower curtain rod kept falling down but management came immediately to fix it. This place is a gem. We'll definitely return.

  apt 1109 in Beach cottages 1 is perfectly located with ease of access to beach and pool. Balcony gives perfect view of the spectacular sunsets on the gulf. Only possible downside is that with a breeze coming the wrong direction (just one evening - not the prevailing direction) the bird sanctuary next door gave off an unpleasant odor. Fantastic family holiday venue. Very well equipped apartment but cleaning service could work a little harder to maintain the standard.

  Beautiful location; Gulf front so unobstructed views of water and sunsets; Nearby shopping and excellent eating places; Condo complex very well maintained; Spacious pool deck with heated pool and hot tub; Wonderfully flat packed beach for walking and biking; Friendly neighbors. This condo was chosen as it was mostly accessible for wheelchair bound. The interior of the condo could use updating but had a well equipped kitchen, important as we prepare most of our meals.   Unit was very nice. Excellent view. We had a 2 year old and a 6 year old and we never felt nervous about the decor. It was very warmly decorated without a lot of breakables to worry about.
