  The Beach Cottages building is very well maintained for an older building. Florida Lifestyles and their cleaning staff obviously do an exceptional job at cleaning Unit 1105, as it was as clean as you could get a very old unit with little upgrading. This unit is in desperate need of renovations to the kitchen and the washrooms which are original, which looks like the 80's. They are in very poor shape. Some items could be replaced cheaply like the mirrors in the main bathroom that are turning black. When the doorknob fell off the master bathroom door the rental company quickly sent someone out to replace it. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back to the building again but hopefully to a somewhat renovated unit.

  Outstanding; great people (Brian) to deal with at FL Lifestyle Vacation Rentals. Condo property was in great shape, outstanding facilities/complex. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great location and outstanding complex on the beach. The Pub restaurant and of course John's Pass are close excellent places to dine and visit. Hope to return every year!!

  I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in my rental for the month of January. The unit is spacious, so that even when guests visit, there is plenty of space for each. I was beside the bird sanctuary, and I enjoyed that as well, although a guest complained about them. Yes, they are noisy, but when inside with doors closed, one cannot hear them. The unit was clean, and comfortably furnished. Security in the building was impressive. I am coming again!!

  This was a last minute vacation. I was happy to find a condo on the beach! Overall, the place was clean. Very spacious bedrooms. Nice master suite. A few disappointments... Nice big kitchen but very few cooking utensils, no baking pans. Lots of storage in kitchen but shelving was dirty, some covered with foil. Couches out dated & uncomfortable. Nice jacuzzi tub in master bath, but hot water ran out before the water level got to the jets! A few updates & new couches & this would be an even nicer place to stay.

  Have stayed at Beach Cottage in the past. This unit had the bare essentials , however you can get buy with them. Only drawback is the smell sometimes from the bird sanctuary otherwise the unit is very close to the pool and beach. Was fun to barbecue by the pool meeting the other fine people who also rent. The complex is immaculate after the major renovation . Enjoyed it very much and hopefully will be back next year again. Lifestyles is very professional and easy to work with. Thank you!!!!!
