This condominium is a Tommy Bahama-inspired tropical getaway one bedroom condo that can sleep 4. You will be pleased to encounter the cozy, comfortable, yet expansive, atmosphere of this updated condo which has lots of tropical plant motifs and color schemes. You will enjoy the warm maple cupboards in the well-appointed and well-equipped kitchen and the granite dining room table. There are premium mattresses in the master king bed and queen size sofa sleeper. There is also an in-suite washer & dryer. It is tiled throughout, with an extremely large pool deck/hot tub/ grills within easy access through your own patio doors. An outdoor closet on the patio stores beach equipment.

Nearby amenities include grocery and drug stores, gas stations, car washes, shopping malls, two international airports (Tampa International ‘TPA’ and Clearwater International Airport ‘PIE’), the huge covered Wagon Wheel Flea Market, miniature golf courses and local arts and crafts fairs.   We were very happy with the Condo it was clean bed was comfortable nice TV. I like to cook when I’m there the frying pans were slim to none. The outside storage room was dirty and the beach chairs and toys were rusty and dirty. But over all a nice stay.

  The location of this property was perfect. The walk out right to the pool was a perfect setup if you have have children. Ocean view off of the common pool area. Under building reserved parking was nice to have with a walk out to the beach. Overall this condo was in decent shape. I’m a bit unsatisfied with the management teams response to the lock being broke. I called Monday morning to have it fixed and it still was not even looked at when I checked out the following Saturday. The lock to the patio door was completely non functional. More of a concern as this unit is on the ground level. Also the instructions for getting into the property could have been clearer. I had called and told them I was going to be an after hours check in. I got the key just fine but on that phone call they could have explained the parking and building entry a little more clear. I was wondering around the different entrances late at night with 3 small children, was pretty frustrating. Overall though, great spot to stay, nice calm beach for swimming and flour soft white sand. I would most likely stay again.

  We have been visiting the Indian Rocks/Indian shores beaches since 1970 and Beach Cottages II twice a year since 2004 - 4 wks in Jan and 2 in Jul. This is the 3rd time we were in in 2105. Overall we are well pleased or we would not keep coming back. This time we had a plumbing problem at the kitchen sink. We called Florida Lifestyles in the AM and by 2:00PM the problem was resolved. I would recommend the shower/tub configuration be replaced with a walk-in shower as several other units have done in recent years. The property's common areas well maintained thanks to Keith and his crew.

  Whiile we had a few issues starting out: clogged bath/shower drain, running toilet, jammed icemaker, and a a/c unit that would not hold temp - once these were corrected, things went as planned - GREAT. This is a nice unit on the first floor with a spacious living area, nice kitchen, large bath & bedroom with easy access to the pool area, gas grills, and the beach. If you like dining out you have a multitude of choices from the Salt Rock Grill, to the Conch Republic, to Guppies, Mango's, The Pearl and on and on. It can't get much better.

  The first thing we noticed when wqed woke up the next morning was that the coffee pot did not work nor did the TV remote in the bedroom. Florida Lifestyles promptly corrected both. The good news is tht the view is great, the condo clean and uncluttered - all which made for a most enjoyable two weeks. Even the weather cooperated for the most part.

  Condo,property & location were beyond perfect!This unit is pool level with a direct access gate to deck, right from the condo patio. Condo is all tiled, clean & updated. You also get an assigned underground parking spot out of the sun & heat!! My only complaint was the key situation with having to have both keys to unlock all access doors/gates at all times. We will be back, not crowded at all, beach & pool are beautiful too!! Easy check-in just a mile down the road. Kitchen is nicely equipped, frig has ice-maker.   The room was clean. The telephone didn't work. We couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi. A techn.came to the room but couldn't get it to work. The A/C stopped working on Wed. night but then started working about 2 or 3 pm the next day. As far as I know it started working on it's own. The room was a great location for my 7 year old daughter. It was close enough to the pool that I could let her go back to the room to use the bathroom or get something that she forgot with out having to go with her. My sister stayed in another room on this same level so I was able to let her walk to my sister's room without worrying about her. The sun deck was very spacious and our families played cornhole several nights on the sun deck with out bothering anyone else. There were several other families that did the same thing. It was really great. I would stay in this room again because of it's accessiblity....even though a floor above would give a better view of the ocean.

  This was the first year for our family to stay in a condo. What a pleasant experience. We stayed at this property because of a recommendation from friends. The room was clean,spacious and a perfect location from the pool. We did have a few minor problems, but with a quick call to the office, our problems were quickly resolved. The only thing I would change about our stay is this: we flew into Florida early on a Saturday morning. I know they need time to clean the rooms, but I wish we could have had some access to the pool area and restrooms, so that we could enjoy our first day there. Maybe have a key that could just get you into these areas until the rooms are ready. Other than that, I would stay at this location again or recommend it to a friend.

  Updated roomy condo with great location just steps from pool and ocean and other activities. Well maintained with all the comforts of home. Close, convenient parking and condo easily accessible by stairs or elevator. Kitchen fully equipped, updated. Masterbed has king which slept comfortably. My husband found it a little soft. Masterbed with walk in closet and large tiled bath. Huge tube/shower combo. Great water pressure. Convenient washer/dryer. Overall a really great condo for the money. With that being said there were a few incoveniences. Air conditioner was efficiently cooling but made a loud clicking noise everytime it turned on. Sounded like someone coming through the door. WiFi was not working. Property management were prompt in having someone come to address the issue. Found out this condo owner has several condos that run off of a booster from a main router. Signal was too weak and WiFi repair man did not return during our visit to replace this condo's booster. The large tub/shower was difficult to get in and out of. The shower does have access bars which helped to get in but would be tough for the elderly to use. Bath tub drain was broken. Was able to use a rubber stopper that was provided. Louver blinds in master were broken and we were unable to use the patio door from the bedroom. Morning light came through early making it difficult to sleep in. Masterbed while confortable kept sliding out from the wall and our pillows fell behind the bed. Condo on lower level which had great access walk out to pool but also near garbage pickup which woke us up and there was a frequent sound of trickling water between bathroom and bedroom from above condos using water. I would recommend this condo but be aware of the shower access.
