Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Construction takes place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During work hours, the pool may be unavailable, but it is open after 4:00 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary during the project. The balcony for this unit has already been completed.
