The primary bedroom features a king bed and private bathroom, while the guest bedroom includes 2 double beds. A sleeper sofa in the living area provides additional sleeping space, making this condo a great choice for families or small groups. Step out onto the large private Gulf-front balcony from the living room and enjoy panoramic water views, warm sea breezes, and unforgettable sunsets over the Gulf.

Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. While most balconies remain accessible, your unit’s section may have temporary limited access while work is being completed. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and pool access or parking may be affected during those hours. The pool is currently open from 4 PM to 10 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.

  My husband and my two sisters love to get away from the Midwest winter and bask in the Florida sun. We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunsets and even saw some sun rises from this condo.
