This unit sleeps 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. The master bedroom has a king bed and private bath, the second bedroom has 2 double beds. The third bedroom is a small bedroom, meant for kids and has 2 twin beds. This room was converted into a bedroom and is not meant for adults as it is a very small room.
The condo building is flanked by the Mexican Gulf and the Intercoastal waterway. The unit is a corner unit and has one of the best views on the beach!
You will enjoy a sweeping view of the beach and the Gulf, above all adjacent buildings; spectacular sunset from balcony. With a 40' wrap around balcony, you can enjoy both the sunrise and sunset! The white sandy beach is your private backyard, graced by herons and pelicans – perfect for jogging, walking or building a sandcastle.
