This Indian Shores vacation rental is conveniently located near local seafood restaurants, water activities, family-friendly attractions, and the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast destinations.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Construction takes place Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During work hours, the pool may be unavailable, but it is open after 4 PM and on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary during the project. The balcony for this unit has already been completed.

    We found HV III in 2024 - it checked all our boxes with 2BR, 2BA, balcony overlooking the Gulf, and pool overlooking the Gulf. In 2025 we tried again, but had a bad experience... We tried again in 2026 and found new management had improved everything! We hope to return in 2027
