  We liked the location and Gulf view. Their was no street noise and no noise from other guests.
  
  The pool and hot tub area was clean.
  
  Issues we had were that the ceiling heating/cooling vents were filthy dirty and dirt gathered around them. It appears filtering from the furnace/air conditioner is non-existent and that is an issue for people with asthma and allergies. The bath towels were like sandpaper. They were stiff and scratchy. The TV remote was a problem. The notices that appeared were all in a language other than English and getting the TV to work correctly was difficult. Directions regarding using the remote didn't always help. It took a lot of guesswork.

  The experience was great. Beach access is perfect. Condo and grounds were very clean and convenient to shopping and dining.
  The only negative was having to pick up the access info and parking tag from the management office.

  This was a great place, right on the beach. The condo had everything we needed for a beach weekend. It was clean and very comfortable. Love the keyless entry so no lost keys in the sand. We will definitely come back.
