This Indian Shores vacation rental is just steps from the beach, restaurants, and local activities, and it is also located on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to explore Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast destinations before returning to your peaceful beachfront retreat.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Work is being completed in phases around the building, and your balcony may be temporarily inaccessible while your section is being updated, although most balconies remain open. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. During these hours, the pool may be closed. The pool is open in the evenings from 4 PM to 10 PM and all day on weekends.

  The beach is amazing. The location is good, nothing is open that you can walk to yet.But we like quiet and don't mind a little drive. The pool is huge and new, it does need some shade from the summer sun. I heard that's coming. The unit had the beach chairs we needed. It was clean and appliances are new, the kitchen has what you need. Bring beach towels or get a few from the office. The washer and dryer are coin operated in the hall. At least they are on property. The view from the unit is what you are paying 's amazing. The sheets could use a refresh. The unit is not cramped and has lots of space. The management called us when the original unit we booked had construction on the balcony. They were great about getting us to another unit with a view. Check on the balcony repairs.
