This Indian Shores penthouse is conveniently located near restaurants, shops, and local attractions, with easy access to the Suncoast Beach Trolley for trips to Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other Gulf Coast destinations.

Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration. Only units actively being worked on may have temporary balcony restrictions, and most balconies remain fully usable. Possible construction impacts include weekday noise and parking adjustments Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The heated pool remains open except when work is being performed directly above the pool deck.

  We enjoyed our stay despite having to put up with construction noise, hanging ropes which obscured our view and getting stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes The unit itself was nice and really enjoyed the pool and beach.. I would recommend getting the resort like rental cabanas from Beach Services West,. They really add a degree of beauty to your beachfront.
