Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Balcony access may be temporarily limited when work is being performed on your unit’s section, although most balconies remain available. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The pool is open from 4 PM to 10 PM on weekdays and all day on weekends.

  The views and the convenient to the beach is exactly what we were looking for. It really met our expectations. However, the unit we stayed in was dirty. Sand everywhere. Chairs and table were filthy. We spent hours trying to clean it with no cleaning supplies given to us at the unit. No vacuum, no dustpan, no mop. One toilet paper per bathroom. We were extremely disappointed by this and by a tenant in the building kept harassing us by asking us if we lived there.

  Loved the 2 bedroom/ 2 baths on the 7th floor. View was amazing and even watched a pod of dolphins swim by! Missed the pool and hope it will be up and running for our next stay. Would be nice to have some games or cards for something to do when we stayed in during the evenings.
