This absolutely beautiful condo has an open floor plan with all the comforts of home. This light and bright 7th floor beachfront condo has a cottage feel combined with all the modern amenities of home. Enjoy spectacular views and picturesque sunsets from your private balcony that overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico!
Stunning views stream into the living area, providing the perfect backdrop while you relax and cool off inside. Find everything you need to prepare tasty meals in the fully equipped kitchen. The dining room table seats 4 with 3 bar stools along the kitchen peninsular. Or enjoy your meals out on the balcony while watching the waves crash. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom and TV. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds with a TV. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room for additional sleeping.

Within close distance to multiple restaurants, activities and, directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line. Hop on the trolley and be anywhere between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach within 1/2 an hour, enjoying all of the activities that the Gulf Coast has to offer before returning to the privacy and quiet of your vacation beach home.

Close your eyes and picture yourself lounging on a wide sandy beach, waves lapping at your feet. Imagine yourself sunning poolside, book in hand. How about a romantic stroll on the beach as the sun sets in the Gulf of Mexico? Feel even lazier? Enjoy the breathtaking sunset from your private balcony overlooking the Gulf.

Please Note: Holiday Villas III Condominium will undergo an exterior balcony, concrete and painting restoration project over the next few months.
Crews will work their way around the building throughout the project starting on the North side and working counterclockwise. Only while your unit stack section is being actively worked on (railings removed and replaced) will you possibly not have access to your balcony during parts of your stay. Most balcony’s will be open and fully useable during the project. The biggest impacts from this project will be noise during working hours and with parking adjustments during your stay. Typical construction hours will be Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.

The pool will remain open during most of the construction process except when work is being done on those units directly above the pool deck area which we anticipate will be later in the year estimating early winter.

    The views and the convenient to the beach is exactly what we were looking for. It really met our expectations. However, the unit we stayed in was dirty. Sand everywhere. Chairs and table were filthy. We spent hours trying to clean it with no cleaning supplies given to us at the unit. No vacuum, no dustpan, no mop. One toilet paper per bathroom. We were extremely disappointed by this and by a tenant in the building kept harassing us by asking us if we lived there.

    Loved the 2 bedroom/ 2 baths on the 7th floor. View was amazing and even watched a pod of dolphins swim by! Missed the pool and hope it will be up and running for our next stay. Would be nice to have some games or cards for something to do when we stayed in during the evenings.
