Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Most balconies remain accessible, but your unit’s section may have temporary limited access while work is actively being performed. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and parking may be affected during those hours. The pool remains open during most of the project, except when work is being done on units directly above the pool deck.
