Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is currently undergoing an exterior restoration project that includes balcony work, concrete restoration, and painting. Construction is scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

During work hours, the pool may be temporarily unavailable for one to two hours depending on the work being completed that day; however, the pool remains open daily and is fully open all day on weekends. Parking adjustments may also be necessary throughout the project.

Please note that the balcony restoration for this unit has already been completed.

  The Condo Unit 307 is beautiful and well stocked with everything you could need for a fun in the sun stay. The unit was clean and organized upon arrival. We were even able to get an early check it. The kitchen was stocked with all we needed. The view is amazing and the staff at Holiday Villas III are great! Although there was construction, we were able to enjoy the pool and the rest of the amenities.
