The property is conveniently located within walking distance of restaurants and local activities and is directly on the Suncoast Beach Trolley line, making it easy to visit Clearwater Beach, St. Pete Beach, and other nearby Gulf Coast destinations.

Please note: Holiday Villas III Condominium is undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Crews are working around the building in phases, and this unit’s balcony is currently closed due to the project. Construction hours are typically Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM. During these hours, the pool is closed. The pool is open daily from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM after construction ends for the day and remains open all day on weekends. The main impacts during your stay may include construction noise during working hours and possible parking adjustments.

  We eere told ahead that we could use chairs from the pool
