  We were so pleasantly surprised with this condo. From the moment we opened the door to find that it was extremely spacious for our family. The large sliding glass door with an amazing view of the ocean, beach and skyline was breath taking. We all enjoyed the sun set view on the deck in the evenings providing us with some wonderful pictures. The accommodations with having plenty of everything from bedrooms with good sleeping space, lounging and seating to plenty of kitchenware. I also will not leave out the best part was the easy access to the beautiful clean white sandy beach. My family also appreciated the fact that the rental agency cares enough about the marine life informing us that it was Sea Turtle egg laying season. They reviewed the step we should take to help with this natural process as to not interrupt the turtles laying their eggs. This rental really did provide us with the experience we were expecting to have. Thank you.

  This was our 1st trip to Madeira Beach and with Florida Lifestyles. We had a great time. The condo was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beach chairs and beach towels were an extra bonus. The condo was clean and comfortable. We lived how we could walk to many shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay at the Sea Breeze again if I'm ever in the area

  The location is great, right on the beach and walking distance to many shops and restaurants. The condo was clean and spacious. We did have an issue with multiple maintenance companies coming to the condo unannounced and asking to come in. It was not communicated that there were any problems with the unit upon checking in, or heads up via email or phone that people would be coming by. When reaching out to the company about this, no one replied. The office was responsive up until we stayed here.

  It was great to return to sea breeze unit 101.This was our first time back after the storms of last year we can see a lot of upgrades to the building like the elevator and pool area.We came down with my inlaws and our kids and really love this unit with the dinning table for ten.The kitchen with 2 friges and 2 dishwashers was put to use every day.The unit was well decorated and furnished including all new mattress in the beds and the new 70 inch tv in the family room.The unit was very clean with lots of extra towels and sheets even beach towels for the pool area and the kitchen was well stocked.Walking to johns pass and renting jet skis to take out on the gulf is the best.We have booked for next year and cant wait to return
