Comfy condo offers a 1/1 layout with 2 Full beds in the bedroom, and two roll out cots. The open floor plan living area has plenty of room. The fully- equipped kitchen, featuring stainless appliances, has everything you need to cook your meals. The dining area off the kitchen has seating for 4 with additional seating at the kitchen island.

Your beach getaway awaits you! This newly renovated one bedroom condo on the beach with an Intracoastal view is the perfect place to relax. Start the day by enjoying the sunrise on your deck and end the day watching the sunset over the Gulf. The condo features two full size beds in the one bedroom with a large closet with rollaway beds, ceiling fan and flat screen TV, a full kitchen with everything you’ll need during your stay, a dining area and a spacious living area. You are welcome to use the beach chairs, umbrella and beach toys and games provided for the full beach experience. The building has a large pool area with many chairs and chaise lounges, a shuffle board, tiki bar area and barbeque grills all for you to enjoy. And if you like to fish, there is a fishing pier on the Intercostal and a boat dock both right across the street.

  The staff was extremely helpful to me, and the building is very clean. My unit was very comfortable, and as described. The intercoastal view let me see dolphins from my balcony. Reasonably priced restaurants are nearby.

  Our stay at Holiday Villas III overall was a good experience. Once I contacted FLV Rentals directly we were able to secure our reservation. They were also very helpful when we couldn't get the TV working correctly. Cathy El-Kallab had a gentlemen come right over to help us out. Cathy was also very instrumental in tracking down my winter coat I inadvertently left behind and has indicated it will be mailed to me soon.
  Overall the property was in good shape. The kitchen had adequate pots and pans and dishes. The bathroom too was well set up with lots of extra shelving for toiletries I especially appreciated the make up mirror in the bathroom! There is a need for a little bit deep cleaning between the tub and the toilet. The bedroom contained two double beds and this would be my most negative comment. Both of those mattresses and all of the pillows were in dire need of an upgrade. The mattresses were saggy, and squeaked. All the pillows were very hard, they did not inhibit our ability to sleep, but would definitely be an improvement to replace them. Overall property was as described. We were disappointed the pool was not yet repaired and open but understandable due to the recent hurricanes. Loved the direct access to the beach!! Also were not very many restaurants within walking distance open yet as well. We would recommend this property, mainly due to the excellent response from FLV Rental staff during our stay and after!   We had problems with the previous manger of the complex and still haven’t received our refund from VRBO, however, the new management company was very good in explaining the situation to us. Luckily, we only lost our deposit. Our rental unit was very nice and clean. We were disappointed that the pool was not functional. We realized that it was beyond your control due to hurricane damage and we were informed of it before our stay. We would rent again when things are repaired.
