Book your stay at the Holiday Villas III for a special rate during our on-going construction to our exterior and ground floor amenities. However, this unit’s exterior has been completed and they are now working on the beach side. The pool will be open on weekdays after 4pm and all weekend. Our beachfront condominium is perfect for a last-minute getaway with only steps away from the beach!

Escape to your perfect coastal retreat in this spacious 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo at Holiday Villas III in Indian Shores. With a private balcony overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway, access to a private boat dock and fishing pier, and the beach just steps away, this vacation rental offers the perfect mix of relaxation and adventure for couples, small families, or friends.

Start your morning with a beautiful sunrise over the Intracoastal Waterway from your private balcony, then spend your day enjoying the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico just across the property. In the evening, head to the beach for a stunning Florida sunset or relax by the heated pool.

Inside, the open floor plan provides plenty of space to unwind. The bedroom includes 2 full beds, a large closet, ceiling fan, and flat-screen TV. Two rollaway cots are also available for additional sleeping. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals at home, while the dining area seats 4 with extra seating at the kitchen island.

Guests also have access to great on-site amenities, including a heated pool, charcoal BBQ grills, shuffleboard, tiki bar area, private boat dock, and fishing pier. Beach essentials such as chairs, umbrellas, balls, toys, and games are provided, making it easy to enjoy your time by the water.

This Indian Shores vacation rental is conveniently located near local restaurants, bars, shopping, nature parks, and area attractions. You can also easily visit John’s Pass Village in Madeira Beach, Clearwater Beach, and the Clearwater Marine Aquarium during your stay.

Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Most balconies, including this unit, remain accessible, and construction noise is expected to be minimal. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM. The pool remains open except when work is being performed directly above the pool deck area.

  The staff was extremely helpful to me, and the building is very clean. My unit was very comfortable, and as described. The intercoastal view let me see dolphins from my balcony. Reasonably priced restaurants are nearby.

  Our stay at Holiday Villas III overall was a good experience. Once I contacted FLV Rentals directly we were able to secure our reservation. They were also very helpful when we couldn't get the TV working correctly. Cathy El-Kallab had a gentlemen come right over to help us out. Cathy was also very instrumental in tracking down my winter coat I inadvertently left behind and has indicated it will be mailed to me soon.
  Overall the property was in good shape. The kitchen had adequate pots and pans and dishes. The bathroom too was well set up with lots of extra shelving for toiletries I especially appreciated the make up mirror in the bathroom! There is a need for a little bit deep cleaning between the tub and the toilet. The bedroom contained two double beds and this would be my most negative comment. Both of those mattresses and all of the pillows were in dire need of an upgrade. The mattresses were saggy, and squeaked. All the pillows were very hard, they did not inhibit our ability to sleep, but would definitely be an improvement to replace them. Overall property was as described. We were disappointed the pool was not yet repaired and open but understandable due to the recent hurricanes. Loved the direct access to the beach!! Also were not very many restaurants within walking distance open yet as well. We would recommend this property, mainly due to the excellent response from FLV Rental staff during our stay and after! Many thanks to Cathy for her service!

  We had problems with the previous manger of the complex and still haven’t received our refund from VRBO, however, the new management company was very good in explaining the situation to us. Luckily, we only lost our deposit. Our rental unit was very nice and clean. We were disappointed that the pool was not functional. We realized that it was beyond your control due to hurricane damage and we were informed of it before our stay. We would rent again when things are repaired.
