Please note: Holiday Villas III is currently undergoing an exterior balcony, concrete, and painting restoration project. Most balconies remain accessible, but your unit’s section may have temporary limited access while work is being performed. Construction hours are Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 4 PM, and parking may be impacted during those times. The pool is expected to remain open during most of the project except when work is being done directly above the pool deck.

  The condo and location were exactly as described in the listing. The location was absolutely perfect for us, the beach wasn't overly crowded and we were just a short drive to restaurants or a short walk to the coffee shop. The kitchen was fully stocked if we wanted to stay in and cook too. There were plenty of beach supplies left by previous renters that we didn't need to bring or buy anything other than sunblock! Check in and check out were a breeze and any time I had a question, property management responded right away. Highly recommend renting from Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals, Inc.
