HURRICANE UPDATE: We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and looking forward to welcoming back guests. The beaches are open and fully accessible! Until further notice, there is no longer any ground floor amenities. That includes pool, shuffleboard and BBQ area. There will be active construction as we are working to restore all of our ground floor amenities, so please except to experience construction noise. We are hopeful that they will be open soon. Parking adjustments will be made depending on where the workers are. Public parking is nearby. You have the free lot across the street to the right inside the white picket fence. This charming condo features an open concept kitchen and living area with all of the comforts of home. With a fully equipped kitchen to cook up your favorite meals and a dining area that seats 6 with more seating found at the kitchen bar. The spacious living room is outfitted with a comfy seating and a flat screen TV to help you unwind and relax when you are not enjoying the sand and surf of the beach. The first bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom. The second bedroom features 2 double beds. There is a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping.
This 6th floor condo offers magnificent views of the gulf from the large open living/dining room. The beach will feel like it's at your fingertips when you step out on your private balcony, which is accessible from the living room. Enjoy morning coffee with unobstructed views of the beautiful waters of The Gulf of Mexico.

  I was happy to find this place to extend my winter stay in Florida. The owner was wonderful, who I worked with directly to book! The place was nice and clean. If I had been there with others vs alone, there would have been an issue with ample beach supples; chairs, umbrella, etc. while there are some things there, only a couple and not in the best of shape. Otherwise it was a beautiful place.
