  We really appreciated how comfortable this condo was. Beautiful beach and not too crowded. Having so many different bed options worked great for our family. Plus having a hot tub along with the pool was great after getting chilly from swimming in the gulf. Love the keypad door lock. I’m not sure why they didn’t just give us the code in our welcome email instead we had to go to the office to pick up a packet and “keys” from their mailbox.

  Unit was nice. Kitchen is very small. Master bedroom bathroom needs better lighting. Washer needs a very good cleaning as there was mold on the rubber gasket on the door opening. We ended up taking bleach wipes to it so we weren’t dragging our clean clothes over mold. The sliding doors in the master bedroom wouldn’t completely close and quite frankly need replaced.
  Loved the location and views from the balcony. With some upgrades and improvements this unit would be amazing!! Was great having beach gear and the heated pool and hot tub was very nice.

  My family enjoyed stayed at this condo. Location was great but there were some minor issues. Door knob fell off front bedroom door, coffee pot needed replaced, sliding door in master bedroom did not lock.

    Thank you for your review. We do take all complaints seriously. I did not notice a work order for the door knob falling off, or the sliding door in master bedroom not locking. If you had called our office to report these issues, along with the coffee pot, everything would have been taken care of for you to enjoy the remainder of your stay.

  Sandcastle #802- We had a great stay during Spring break. The beach and pool had easy access and pool area looked clean. The beach was not really crowded, which was nice.
  The condo was equipped with most of our needs. The unit has a washer and dryer, but the dryer did not dry at first. We figured out the dryer has water filter like thing that has to be drained- it would have been helpful to have directions on this.
  The bedrooms were clean and had plenty of room for the six of us.
  The only real concern I had was the sliding glass doors to the balcony. Neither of the doors could lock-Not a real concern if you don't have small children.
  Overall it was a great condo.
