    Much better property than most I've stayed at over the last 5 yrs. The unit is a bit outdated, but upgrades are planned. Pictures of my unit on VRBO are a bit misleading, some general house cleaning would have been nice. The best surprise was the Management Company, very customer oriented with quick response to any tenant issues.5 Stars!
    Property amenities are great.

    The rental company is very efficient and helpful. Location couldn’t be better...on the inland waterway and just across the street to the beach. Bay Mariner is a quiet place with a beautiful pool. The actual rental was fine if not a bit tired. Owner has a lot of personal property on the lanai and in closets. Overall comfortable and well stocked with everything one needs. We’ve been there three years and will probably return.
