    The rental company is very efficient and helpful. Location couldn’t be better...on the inland waterway and just across the street to the beach. Bay Mariner is a quiet place with a beautiful pool. The actual rental was fine if not a bit tired. Owner has a lot of personal property on the lanai and in closets. Overall comfortable and well stocked with everything one needs. We’ve been there three years and will probably return.
