HURRICANE UPDATE: We’re thrilled to share that our beautiful beach community is well on the road to recovery and we are happy to be welcoming back guests! The beaches are open and fully accessible as well as most of all restaurants and shops! There will be active construction as we are working to restore all of our ground floor amenities, so please except to experience construction noise. We are hopeful that they will be open soon! The pool is now open!!
Until further notice, the elevator is currently under construction and not operational at this time. However, repairs are underway and are hoping to be up and running soon! We are currently offering a discount for the elevator being down. Please call for details!

Please note: From August 2025 to January 2026, the building will be undergoing a significant renovation project. During this period, there will be active construction occurring on the exterior of the building.
The condo will remain open for rent during this time. However, we do want to make you aware that there may be some noise and disturbances due to the construction activities.

Large balcony offers amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico while you have your morning coffee or casual breakfast while enjoying the occasional passing Dolphin or Manatee. Spectacular sunsets over the Gulf can provide a relaxing end to the perfect day.
The beachside heated pool is surrounded by a paver deck that has both open and covered areas, as you choose your sun exposure. There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off the sand before getting into the pool or coming into the building. There are also two restrooms in the gated pool area. The large built-in gas grill is perfect for the catch of the day watching the surf and sunset.

  Great, located right on the beach ( Gulf of Mexico) pool beside condo with the ability to sit in the sun or shade beside the pool, condo has a deck looking out at the beach, has an extra half bath off the bedroom, and there are several golf courses within a 10 min drive , condo is well equipped but with all the surrounding amenities close by you won’t spend to much time there except for sleeping.

  Overall the Condo was fine, well stocked, great location, and a great shaded parking space under the building. However, the Condo could use some upgrading, e.g., paint, light fixtures, curtains, blinds, ceiling fans, kitchen, etc... And a little maintenance, e.g., curtain rods about to fall off the wall, blinds at the balcony missing slats, etc...

  My husband and I had an amazing week , at Chateaux #303. The unit was very well equipped , spotlessly clean and very comfortable . The entrance hallway rug and bedroom carpet were stained, but cleanly vacuumed. It is someone’s home, so it’s a “ home from home”, which makes it comfortable and enjoyable. The rental staff were friendly and helpful. Pool staff tip top . Only bad thing, the elevator kept breaking down or service company wasn’t adequate.

  The property is so well equipped you only need to bring you clothes and food. Unfortunately, there is little room in the closet area to hang things Or store the renters personal belongings as it is loaded with so much owner stuff and a 1/2 bath. The kitchen is beyond equipped which is very nice. Don’t mean to be picky but it would be nice to have the proper size sheets for the beds rather than king size that are way to big.   We were pleasantly surprised with the location of our rental. Very spacious one bedroom condo that had everything needed and more. The condo was very clean from corner to corner.
  The location and view were just what we were looking for. The sunsets were spectacular.
  Florida Lifestyle was within walking distance of our location. The staff was quick to respond to any of our needs and very helpful.
  Condo furnishings were somewhat dated but that did not take away from the location.
  Looking forward to our return trip next year.
