This top floor unit has unrivaled views of the Gulf including incredible sunsets every evening. The Sandcastle North complex is a highly desired location with only 16 units total with all the amenities of a larger complex. The year round heated pool and hot tub serve as the centerpiece for the newly renovated recreation area that includes two gas grilles for your beachside barbecues. The pool area gate opens right onto the beach. The unit has comfortable sleeping for 6 including a Master bedroom with a king size bed and private bath overlooking the water. The 2nd bedroom includes brand new queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom has two twin beds. Cable TV is available in the Master and 2nd bedroom while the 3rd bedroom is outfitted with a DVD.

  We were supposed to have two weeks here but lost 4 days of it thanks to Hurricane Ian. The property management staff and the owners kept in touch during our mandatory evacuation period and were as helpful as they could be throughout.IRB is my favourite place and this condo really adds to the experience. The main bedroom is incredible with patio doors leading out onto an ocean view balcony, as does the lounge. The condo is spacious and clean and has a shop, bars and restaurants across the road. Highly recommended.

  We had an awesome week at Sand castle north 503!! We have a afamily of four with teenage kids so the size of the condo was plenty big!! Loved the location as it is a pretty quiet stretch of beach!   Well Mother Nature was not good to us. Rained so much. Good news is we did get to swim some part of each day but all the storms had the gulf waves more like the ocean. No peaceful floating. Condo location was fabulous. Lots of places within short walk. Condo was spacious and spotless. Kitchen updated. Beds were comfortable. Sofa was too but for some reason cushions over sleep frame sections constantly slip. Water pressure was amazing. Views were so stunning. Property management super friendly and accessible.
