  Stayed in same unit last year so satisfied; yet, bed in master is extremely poor and although mentioned in last year’s review, nothing was done to improve this. Also, owner changed the rental company he deals with and substantially increased rent. Were it not for these two problems we would have returned next year.

  We can’t say enough about the staff at Florida Lifestyle Vacation. So friendly and welcoming. They took great care of every part of our stay.
  Looking forward to our return next year.
  Our kids and grandkids loved the facilities at the Reef Club. Everyone learned to play pickle ball. We even bought bats, balls and a portable net to take home. The hot tub and pool were also a great hit. The stairs to the pool area was a extra bonus.
  Our only issue with our stay was trying to get comfortable sleeping as the mattresses really need replacing.(King & Queen)

  When we arrived at the rental office we were met by a friendly person for an easy check-in. We found the condo ready for our arrival. It was a great location for beach access. We used the pickleball court a few times and enjoyed our stay.

  We normally stay every year on Reddington or Indian Shores but booked later than usual this year and had to book with Reef Club ! Overall the condo was clean and as it looked in the pictures but was a lot smaller than what we are use to but we made it work. The biggest plus to this unit was the spiral stair case to the pool and the access to the beach! Literally the easiest access we have ever had ! On the first night our AC went out in the unit and property manager Virginia was an absolute Angel and responded right away and kept me up to date every time she said she would which Is where these days and very much appreciated. We had a medically compromised child with us and she made it possible to have someone out on that Sunday to fix it. While waiting for responses she was constantly trying to find other solutions as a worse case scenario back up. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again. The only real downside was the size of the unit and the beds were not comfortable ! The 3rd bedroom could use a queen bed as it is a full!

  Wonderful experience! Plenty of space for two adults and six kids. The condo was very clean. We had no issues the whole week we were there. Easy access to the pool was a huge bonus and made things much easier. Condo was well stocked. Kitchen had everything you need. My only recommendation would be to purchase some cheap Tupperware if you are planning on cooking most of your meals there. Very family friendly community. Easy access to the beach was perfect. We will definitely be back.

  This unit was a nice place to stay, it was very clean and comfortable for my family of 6. The deck could use a little TLC, it just had a piece of indoor/outdoor carpet instead of covering the whole deck. It was nice having a washer and dryer. All the utensils and pots and pans are there for your use. We bbq'd a couple of nights so that was nice and accommodating. The storage locker for the unit had enough beach chairs and things for the beach to use. It was a comfortable place and the stay was like being at home. we walked the beach everyday and it was in walking distance to a few restaurants and shops, but we were only about 5 miles from Clearwater if you wanted to do some bigger shopping. I think everything worked out well here...I would recommend it.

  As mentioned in other reviews, this unit is being updated, there is new furniture (including patio), appliances (including washer and dryer) and bedding. We cooked in the unit for several meals and were not in need of any cookware/dishes. There is a storage unit provided in the parking area that contains many beach amenities. When I inquired of Florida Lifestyle regarding what to expect they were extremely unhelpful stating there was no way for them to possibly know what was there and I would just have to wait and find out. I understand that some things break and are not guaranteed to be there. But it would be amazingly helpful if they (or the housekeeping staff) could keep track and pass this information on to renters. The middle of March 2021 when we stayed we found 6 beach chairs, many sand toys, a volleyball net and ball, 5 boogie boards, a skim board, and various other balls for throwing on the beach. In the condo there were 4 very nice tennis rackets and 6 beach towels as well as some baby things (I do not have a baby, so unfortunately did not inventory what these items were). The first floor location is very convenient with the spiral staircase accessibility, we hardly ever used the front door! There was some noise from the pool area late at night but there were announcements after 10 to vacate the pool area and most nights the guests heeded the instructions. The master bedroom sliding door is broken and there was a note stating they were waiting on a new one, so unfortunately it made the room rather noisy from the outside. A sound machine was very much needed for that room but the other rooms were nice and quiet for sleeping. The grills were well kept and we hardly ever had to wait for one to be available (even spring break week). There is a sunning area off to the side which was quieter than sitting around the pool with all the kids. I would recommend this particular condo for it's decor, location and clealiness (but not the rental agency).

We certainly understand how nice it would be to have a list of things left behind from prior guests such as pool toys, chairs, etc but with 140 Condos in our program it is impossible to inventory what was left behind and what either broke or was discarded each week and have it be accurate. What was left behind one week may certainly not be there the next because these are not regularly furnished items in a condo. That is what was explained to you over the phone and it was just as polite as I am stating it here because I was the one who spoke to you about them. Again, we are sorry we could not meet that one need of yours but very happy you had a wonderful stay in this beautiful condo. Thanks again for your review.

  This condo was in hbd progress of an upgrade. It had be appliances and hbd kitchen wax well stocked. The view was terrific and life styles rental Co was nice to work with. The hot tub sits below this unit. A few nights people were white loud till well after midnight and voices traveled.
  The master bed mattress needs replaced. The dryer was is need of repair replacement , it ruined some clothes ( reviews show this a problem Sincd 2019). The patio furniture is old and over sized with ons broken glider. Guest bath door would not close all the way.
  Mgmt said new owners are aware and fixing issues.
  We still enjoyed our stay and the heated beach and pool were terrific.
  Great restaurants close by.

  it was good . the dryer wasn't working properly and the drain in the shower in the 1st bathroom had a problem . plus one of the drains in the sink in the master bath also didn't drain properly. the lady we returned our key to wasn't very friendly.

  The pool and hot tub area is wonderful. The units location is fantastic and the steps from the balcony allow great access to that area.
  The unit itself is fine. The decor and furniture is obviously outdated but the unit was clean. The outdoor patio furniture on the balcony was awful. It would have been nice to have a decent setup out on the balcony so we could eat out there. The chairs were ancient and dirty and didn’t fit with the space. This unit was up for sale and we were asked to have someone through for a showing during our stay. Overall this place worked for us because we were outside most of the day and the location made up for its other shortcomings.

  This is great place to stay. Close to th beach 100 yards, walking distance to a dozen places to eat.
  The unit needs updating and a new mattress in the master bedroom, but overall it was good. Good people stay there year after year, so like getting together with friends you haven't seen for awhile.

  balcony light needed a cover .The clothes dryer needs to be checked it damaged some of our clothes . we had only 1 working tv until Thursdays when the cable co. came out . We love staying here , but like any where you stay you might a few issue that can be resolved.

  Traveled with family and friends to Indian Rocks Beach for an annual week long spring break trip. Our stay at Reef Club 103 was very enjoyable. The location of the condominium was convenient for days at the beach, trips to the supermarket and stores, Clearwater and St. John's Pass. Parking at the complex can be challenging at times but overall was manageable. I would recommend to family and friends to check out the unit for future rentals.
