  Grateful for 4 weeks of Ideal Weather. Older Building - needed repairs while we were there. No beach chairs in unit. Half Lounge Chairs out for repairs for a week - inconvenient.

  We had a great stay at the condo, right on the beach with easy access to many restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend this condo as it offered plenty of space for our family of 6.

  The unit had plenty of space for my family of 5 and served our purposes of being beach bums for a week. The pool and hot tub were very nice. The elevator is very loud, but nothing could really be done. The unit could use some updates and I would recommend supplying beach chairs and a toaster. Otherwise, we had a great stay.

  We had 3 generations and the location was perfect for us all! The condo - even included a high chair and playard for the 18 mo old! Plenty of linen and towels to make us comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots pans and dishes - even a Keurig coffeemaker - bonus!!

  We enjoyed our stay here! Plenty of seating in the main living area and spacious kitchen and dining area. Bathroom areas could be updated and cleaned a bit better. Elevator is extremely slow, but we tried to use the stairs most of the time. Swim area was nice as well...plenty of seating around the pool!

  The condo was very close to the pool and beach, which was a plus. However, the condo is outdated and could use a facelift. Anyone using the "master bedroom" should have earplugs due to the noise of the elevator. Also, the floors were not cleaned very well when we arrived. My wife had to mop them and they sure could use a new mattress in the room off of the kitchen. Maybe an upgrade to the tv would be nice as well. Cooking with the frying pans was a nightmare. Get some "nonstick" pans please. Lastly, they need to upgrade the door locks. Switch to a keypad entry. Using keys to lock and unlock is not a great way to go.

  Very clean, spacious home, fully stocked with kitchen necessities. Great access to the beach, and the pool and hot tub were well kept and clean, great temperatures, etc. Could have used another couple of lounge chairs during the peak sunny days. We enjoyed also having the grill and two umbrella tables for those that wanted to get out fo the sun but stay close to family at the pool. The only two negatives for us were 1) too many items that we did not need in the closet (high chair, stroller, pack-n-play) making space limited for us to store luggage, and 2) most light switches and outlets did not work making it difficult to have lighting in the evenings.

  Location is perfect. Plenty of restaurants and cute little bars to walk to. Walk down the steps and right into the pool/beach area. Place is decorated bright and airy. Management staff was very responsive. The only complaint we had is that the master bedroom is by the elevator room. Every time the elevator was used, there would be a loud obnoxious lifting and dropping sound. We got used to it after a couple days.

  Our family had a wonderful time in this spacious, clean and very well equipped condo. Just steps to the beautiful pool and heavenly private beach. All the comforts of home including fully stocked kitchen cabinets, sheets, blankets, pillows and a washer and dryer - which is a wonderful perk! Unit just as beautiful as the pictures depict. Owners recommended fabulous restaurants and excursions. Unit is a short drive to Clearwater which also offers many restaurants and activities. We will definitely be going back to this unit for our next visit to sunny Florida.
