  Great place with lots of space. Very clean and nicely decorated. Loved the ocean view. The only thing is the smoke detector would off very day and mostly in the middle of the night so it would wake us up and you would have to push the reset button and the light it in closet between the bathroom blew twice so we had no light in there. But overall this is a great place to stay the staff were very very friendly.

  Location was beautiful and overall look of the apartment was great. Unfortunately, there was road construction right in front of the apartment the whole time and the noises started pretty early in the morning and late into the afternoon, so it was constant if you wanted to spend the day relaxing in the apartment. There were a few things that needed cleaning and repair, which were taken care of the same day, except the water filter which had to be ordered and was never replaced during our stay. The floor although it didn’t look dirty, you could tell by walking barefoot and the resulting dirty feet that it wasn’t.

  Although we enjoyed our week, this property has a few issues... First is the bathroom arrangement. It's not clear from the listing description, but the Master Bathroom is the "shared" bathroom that opens to the main living area. Bedroom 2 has the "private" bath, meaning Bedroom 3 has to go THROUGH Bedroom 2 to use that bathroom. Multiple families and extended families will have issues with this. Our teen daughter ended up using our bath in order to not have to go through her brother's room. They really need a door from the 2nd bathroom into the common hallway. Second issue is the location. This unit is literally on the opposite end of the complex from the pool and from the beach access. It's a bit of a haul, and the one elevator in the building is glacially slow. The third issue is that the fridge caught on fire. Although the management company sent a repairman the next day, we had to go get bags of ice and put all of our perishables in the bathtub for almost 20 hours. We lost some of our food. The final issue is not something the owners can likely do anything about, but...apparently the unit below this one allows smoking on the balcony. We were unable to use the balcony for the first 2 nights because of the waves of cigarette smoke (and "other" smoke) rising up to the balcony from the unit below. The unit was very clean and well-appointed, although the bathrooms are small. Some shade on the balcony in the afternoons would be nice too!

  Our whole experience with Florida Lifestyle was accomplished via email and phone. Our stay was Sunday to Sunday so the office was not open. We were very pleased with the information available to us and the condo was wonderful. the rooms were large, there was plenty of storage, Everything was clean. We did have a 10 year old and a 16 year old so the fact that we had rain for several days during our stay was a slight problem as we Indian Shores is very quiet with little to offer other than the beach. We did take the trip to Clearwater to the aquarium which we highly recommend. Also, ate at Crabby Bills in Indian Rock...TWICE, great food!

  We simply love this stretch of beach!! Very nice and not overly populated. Sea Gate complex as a whole is a nice property and I would have no issues staying here again. However I would love to see more Luggage carts available, there is only 1 and it’s impossible to get during checkin and checkout! They could also do a better job cleaning the sand off of the washing station when leaving the beach. Now concerning unto 201 in which we stayed, we was very pleased. It was very spacious. Very well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Very nice bathrooms and showers. Only complaint like other reviews I seen is the master bathroom is also the general bathroom to share within the condo. Definitely not a deal breaker, just a little odd. Very large beach front balcony was amazing and well furnished. Was even a small street front balcony off of one of the bedrooms that was only used once but was a nice option to have. Long story short I would stay in unit 201 again and give it a strong recommendation.

  Without a doubt, one of the nicest condo's we have ever rented. The kitchen is so well stock with quality items and everything you need. The bed linens and bedspreads were high quality, even the towels were fluffy and good quality. The balcony is large and has plenty of seating and that sunset view is awesome. Coffee in the mornings on the balcony was one of my favorite things to do. The bathrooms are spacious with double sinks in both and very pretty. The closet space was plenty ample for all of us. We appreciated the body boards and noodles, these provided us with extra fun in the gulf. Having a large laundry room was an extra bonus for storing coolers out of the way. It was an awesome condo and an awesome vacation! If I had to make any suggestions and these are simply suggestions not criticism, maybe use a keyless number lock pad for entry instead of keys, it was hard to juggle who has the key with 1 of 2 keys when different people wanted to come and go. The only other thing would be to put mirrors in the bedrooms. The area to put garbage and large boxes that would not fit down the trash chute was locked on the weekends, I couldn't figure out why on check out day the dumpster would be locked?
  I highly recommend this condo for 7 or less people.

  We loved this condo right from the start! My husband and I stayed there with my parents and my mother-in-law. My parents took the second bedroom with 2 queen beds and an ensuite bathroom with a tub. We had the master bedroom and my mother-in-law had the third bedroom with a queen bed. My husband and I shared the main condo bathroom with my mother-in-law. We liked this because my parents felt like they were getting something extra with the ensuite bathroom and my husband and I liked the master bedroom with the balcony access. It seemed to even things out a little for us. The kitchen was stocked better than any other kitchen we have seen in a rental before (and we have rented a lot). There was a decent amount of all the dishes and pots and pans, colanders, knives, etc. The blender made excellent smoothies and the coffee maker worked well. The stove was a flat top and the dishwasher worked well also. The furniture was comfortable and looked nice. Of course, there are always minor problems (is your own house ever problem free?) but when we contacted the rental agency, we found them to be helpful and polite. The property itself has a nice pool and of course, is directly on the beach. It is very close to the Salt Rock Grill (I recommend eating there) and the Smuggler's Cove Mini Golf (my 81 year old mother-in-law scored two holes-in-one and won the day, Ha ha!). Look for coupons for the mini golf. Overall, we loved our stay and would like to return in the future.

The owners were very helpful to us and we really appreciated it. The only negative was the chairs at the pool. Most had several slats missing which makes for a very uncomfortable chair.
