  The location and the view from the balcony can't be beat. The unit is large with 2 bedrooms and a 3rd room made into a small 3rd bedroom. Kitchen is large and has what you need. Wifi was easy to connect to and it was reliable. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. The only negative is that the unit need a deep cleaning and some some maintenance repairs. Don't walk barefoot on the floors or your feet will be black in a few minutes.

  Unit 1313 has a Keurig coffee maker. Unit is completely tile floors and house shoes were black had to wash twice. Unit 1313 has bedroom lights and cable TV on same light switch in both bedrooms. No watching TV without the lights on. If you turn off switch it took 15-20 mins to reset TV. They need instructions in unit for the cable. We don't have that kind and took forever to figure out how to work. No kiddie pool at these condos, and the only pool they have is way too small and was full of kids from 8am-8pm. Chairs on beach cost $175.00/week or $35/day. There was a free bird sanctuary next door that was great. Beach was wonderful, you can walk for miles in both directins.

    Thank you for your review. We do our best to make sure our guest have a wonderful stay. Had you informed us about the floor, we would have sent the housekeeper back to rewash the floors for you. Unfortunately, most of the condos are set up that the ceiling fan is connected with the same outlet as the television. I will bring your suggestion up about the instruction sheet for the cable. We are glad that you did enjoy the beach and the bird sanctuary.

  The only complaint was the furniture really needed updated couches were broken down the recliner was like setting on a piece of wood.Having opened the refrigerator door the shelf on the door fell off.we would love to come back next year again if these things are fixed. Would love to have the swimming pool opened.The view is beautiful.We always come every year at this time of year with 2 other couples and their places were updated and in mint condition.

  We were moved to this condo from another one because of maintenance. Reviews were not the greatest, but we were pleasantly surprised when we got there. Love the balcony overlooking the pool and with a great view of the ocean. We do have kids and the extra daybed in the laundry room was very helpful. There are a lot of things we love about Indian Shores including the locally owned and operated restaurants and shops. We had a great week in this condo!

  Pros: This location is perfect. The beach is very large and the sand is amazing. Rental chairs and umbrellas available and a very nice volleyball court. The pool and deck are the best in this area. Hard to find anywhere else. Nice large balcony with amazing view. Nice master bedroom.
  Cons: Keyed entry to the condo and pool areas can be cumbersome. You need a key to get out to the beach. The condo needs some updating, furniture, beds are older, master bed is way too soft. The couches need to be replaced. The dryer was not drying. I think because its too long of a run for the vent so likely not fixable.

  We loved our stay at Beach Cottages! The condo was clean and well maintained and perfect for relaxing in after a long day at the beach. We cooked all of our meals in the condo and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beds were so comfortable and the view from the porch was gorgeous. The condo had everything we needed for our stay with kids, even a huge array of beach toys, beach chairs, a booster seat for the table and a porta-crib! The staff at Florida Lifestyle Vacation Rentals were so helpful with our many questions and provided excellent food and activity recommendations (highly recommend Hubbard Marina for deep sea fishing, Slyce pizza and Haze ice cream, all close by!). The pool was clean and perfect temperature, and we enjoyed both the beach and pool every day. We are hoping to come back to this same condo next year! Highly recommend!!

  Have frequented the area several times over the past 10years and have been staying at the BCs for the last 3 years. great property and amenities. BC 1313 is nice and tidy unit, with a great view. Unit could use a refresh in terms of kitchen supplies. Glassware, etc. overall a great stay!

  Same O same O. Floors not clean, Rug runners filthy. Appliances not up to standard. Stove takes 15 min to heat.Washer and dryer OLD. Sitting furniture needs new coverings or replaced. Not good for a garage! Pots and pans and utensils horrible. If it were not for the overall location and facility Would not stay there. This unit should be brought up to the standard of ones own home. We had one day without water and two days without full elec power. People do not keep the babies in diapers out of the pool!! Why do some folks think the rules don't apply to them? Every warm day there was a baby in the pool in a diaper. Who knows what was in the pool water.

  We greatly enjoyed our stay this year. Much better facility than many others we have occupied. A few items needed attention. The garbage disposal was jammed with something metal. Did not notice it until the last few days. The vacuum sweepers did not pick up any of the sand that made it's way up to our condo. Neither upright worked properly. Made lots of noise but just pushed stuff around. A Swiffer would have done the job. No spare light bulbs either. Also would like to have some prime cable TV channels available. Certain areas outside need cleaning, like the gate locks everyone uses to access the pool area. After dark swim rules were not enforced. Small and very noisy children in the pool after dark.

  The condo was wonderful with plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 kids. Very nicely furnished with lots of towels and the kitchen was fully stocked. We were, however, very disappointed that the pool was closed for 6 days during our 2 week stay.
